After nearly 5 months of back-and-forth, wrong parts, defevtice parts, delays, and around 252 wasted miles, Wilkins Hyundai finally installed the correct panel doors on November 13th, and the issue is now resolved.
While I’m relieved it’s finally fixed, the amount of time, inconvenience, and lack of quality control I experienced was unacceptable. This should have never taken this long. The resolution is appreciated, but the overall experience was extremely frustrating.

Had a deal and then changed it, said there was a mistake I accepted that, was told we would get a phone call when new deals came out 11/03, well lets just say we are still awaiting that call. :(:(

I have only ever gone to this dealership for services and every time I am left CERY disappointed. I went to this dealership for them to fix a recall I had on my 2023 Hyundai Kona in February 2024. That was 6 months ago. Now today, We noticed a panel hanging loose under my car. Come to find out, I am missing a total of 7 screws on the underbody panel of my car and have been driving like this for all these months. It is the lack of attention to detail that is appalling. This dealership is the ONLY person/business that had even touched my car. I have experienced misinformation from the service department. lack of communication. Note, if they say this will call you back, don’t hold your breath because they wont give you that call. Show up to an appointment you booked weeks in advance, and they conveniently won’t see it booked in their system. Dont go here, I know I will NEVER set foot here again. Will be directing my future services to the one in St Charles from now on.
