As always, my experience at Wilkins Mazda Service was top-notch. Granted, more work was needed on my SUV than I planned for, but I feel confident that the work done was done properly and with care. I stayed in the comfortable waiting room while the work was done. Omar and the other Service Advisor were very kind and professional to me, asking if I was comfortable, I was, and if I needed a ride anywhere, I didn't. I will most probably always take my beloved SUV to Wilkins.

I have to complement the service team for a job well done. I was impressed that they took a video of the parts that were bad and that needed replacement and sent me a copy of the video. I have never gotten that kind of detail from a service shop before so I was quite surprised. I have to admit that I was bit sticker shocked at the cost of the repairs but when you consider that this is an old car extra expenses are “par for the course”.Services: Auto windshield repair

This place was nice and accepted me right away. I set up an appointment for the recall on my car to be installed. I felt great being able to get that done and out of the way. Ever since that recall was installed they messed up my UKG so now my mirror lights that would help detect if there's a car next to me or passing by me before I make a turn, no longer work. They don't even turn on. It sucks that I have now another thing on my plate to fix when it wasn't supposed to happen in the first place. I told them about it and all they said is "We can't do anything about it." Thanks for the recall.

I drive here all the way from the city because I love how warm and thoughtful all the staff are, while also being straightforward and clear. Wilkins makes the usually frustrating experience of getting work done on your car feel super easy and comfortable.
