Stopped in to print some photos for a poster and honestly had no idea what I was doing. After making an error on my part, Nicole was extremely helpful. She went above and beyond to make sure I was able to print exactly how I wanted and it turned out perfect! I noticed that the other staff were just as helpful with their customers as well. 10/10 recommend!

I had a very disappointing experience at this location. The service was not only poor, but the staff displayed passive-aggressive behavior that made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. Instead of addressing concerns respectfully, I felt dismissed and even bullied out of the store.
It's unacceptable for any customer to be treated this way. I strongly recommend that management provide additional training in customer communication and proper conduct. Everyone deserves to be treated with courtesy, regardless of the situation.
Until these issues are addressed, I would not feel comfortable returning or recommending this place

I needed help with printing party favors for my baby party, and Nicole assisted me. When I say she was AWESOME, patience, understanding, knowledgeable and over all a sweetheart!!! She is such and amazing person, she went out of her way to help me with my prints, figured out the problem and resolved it! I tried to give her a tip, she wouldn't take it. Her customer service is phenomenal!!! I really appreciated her helping me. Thank you soooo much Nicole!!!!

Let me just say this! I moved an hour away and I still only go to them. There are several in there that have done so much for me and gone beyond the call of duty but Caesar and Michael are absolutely the reason that I got rid of my printer! I use them for everything plus some and they always take really good care of me. They seriously make you feel like family knowing your name right when you walk in, they all know me ... they all go out of their way with great attitudes to get done whatever I need. I'm never leaving my FedEx in Elmwood Park!!! 🙃😁

Jason and his entire team at the FedEx Elmwood Park office have been an amazing resource for our local small business. Products have always gotten back to us quickly (sometimes even same day!) and high quality. We will continue to use them for all our printing needs

Their employees FELIX WAS AMAZING! HELPED ME MAKE COPIES and fix some stuff on computer. I had to laminate etc. He should patience, 😎 coolness, was super kind and extremely knowledgeable. It was such a pleasure working with him. Great customer service and I wish all associates could be like this. I would promote him or have him be an office manager. I will use this location again if Felix helps. Thank you again Felix for your service.
