“We had Masters completely redo our hall bath in late 2024. They did such a great job that in late 2025, we had them completely redo our master bath. We didn't even THINK of contacting anyone else for this project! The quality and workmanship was top notch. Also, unlike most contractors that I have dealt with in the past, they show up when they promise, they do exactly what they promised and they were extremely meticulous to not do any damage to our entranceway, stairs and walls when working. We had multiple inspections along the way, and the inspectors told me that they were very pleased with everything that they did. Right up to code, as promised! He immediately turned things around for us and we never looked back. Dino knows how to get things done quickly, reliably and affordably. We did a full interior rehab job on a 3 bdrm house and he took care of everything from cabinet installation, flooring removal and installation, bathroom remodeling, closet construction, high-quality interior painting and more. His team moved quickly to meet our timeline. He was always responsive to communication. I recommend Dino and Hi-Tech Builders Dor Inc. for anyone who wants it done right the first time.”

“This is the 3rd time we’ve used factory plaza for countertops, and each time was a great experience. We’ve researched other places, but they have the widest selection and best prices we’ve found. Most recently we worked with Irene, who helped us get our kitchen, office and bathroom countertops measured and installed super quickly. We didn’t have availability to go in person, but she sent us pictures of a number of different slabs, which was really convenient. We highly recommend this place.”

“I came in today because I had juat purchased a portable washing machine for my new apartment that doesn't have laundry. I should have done more research on the water connection pieces, as thwre is not a functional adapter for my extendable kitchen sink hose.
Anyways, even though there isnt a part to help me here - the employee I spoke with (Adam) was absolutely and genuinely trying to find other work around for my dilemma. When I walked up and he approached, I was put of breath from health issues and nerves so I stumbled a bit and trying to explain the purpose of my visit. I have worked and been a customer for years and knowing this was likely a fruitless effort - Adam again was patient and honestly just a salt of the earth, willing to help and was concerned about my plumbing issue to go so far as to again try to think of other things I could do to have to not return a 3 cubic ft washing machine to Amazon. I hope the owner sees this - because if I ran a business, Adam would be my first hire.”
