“I have been trying to update the hardware in my shower, but discovered the sizing is not standard. I figured out I needed some sort of adapter, but wasn't having any luck. Another business in Chicago said, "if anyone can help you, it's the Faucet Shoppe." Sadly this exchange happened over winter break when they were closed BUT I think it's commendable they close down and give their team a break. So rare to see these days.After the new year, I headed into their shop and long story short - they figured out that Toto used proprietary sizing in my condo and they couldn't easily help me - I would have to do more work than I wanted to do.Even though they couldn't help me, they couldn't have been nicer and were clearly knowledgable - I got further with them in less than 5 minutes than months (yes, months) of trying other places - both big box stores and locally owned shops.Should I decide to opt for that higher level of work, they will be my first and only stop.”

My significant other and I have very different tastes, but Karen and her staff were able to help us create a final product that we both love.Everyone there went above and beyond to make this happen. One example is a last minute site visit by Karen during construction. We ended up not liking the way the paint colors that we had originally selected, looked under newly installed lighting. Karen came to the site the next day, and found us and alternative color in only a few minutes. We have received nothing but compliments on the final product. As a bonus, they allow dogs in the store and we brought taco every time we went.”

“After talking to 6-7 Granite/Quartz shops through Yelp (based on # of reviews and 4.5 star ratings), I narrowed my pick to this company. After many correspondences with Bart (owner) and visiting his store location on California, I was extremely confident in choosing his company. He was pretty direct, open and gave me a very decent pricing for the project. Which consisted of 1 Kitchen and 4 vanities for a River North condo. What I really appreciate was that he re-used some left over remnants from another project..... which prevented me from buying an additional full slab!. I also enjoyed working with Agnes (office Manager), Steve (measurement guy), and Chris (installers). Steve was very precise with his measurements and would make a great Cardiac surgeon. I am very anal with things and they did a 100% perfect job removing the old granite, installing the new quartz, attaching new sinks, drilling faucet and outlet holes. I will use this company again and won't hesitate to give any referrals when I can. Thanks!”

“It was my first time at Floor&Decor, currently in the process of rehabbing a home and heard really great things about the store! Seriously can't believe it took me this long to step foot in here, by far the best pricing and great quality tile, stone etc you will find in Chicago. When you walk in it can be overwhelming because of how many incredible options there are, but that's where their incredible designers come in to play. On my first visit Jordann (designer) spent an hour or two walking through the wall/floor tile section with me and bringing my ideas and vision to life! She had so many great ideas and her patience and input was so valuable, I went in with an inspiration and left with concrete designs for all three bathrooms and backsplash of my kitchen. She made me feel so much better and excited about the entire process. I took my designs home and came back a few days later to make the purchase order and Jordann was off that day, but Taylor (designer) who is also amazing, was already up to date on my entire design concept, as Jordann had already filled her in and she helped execute some last minute changes and with processing our order. I'm really so impressed, bc not only are they great at what they do, their service is free! It's like getting an interior designer included in your tile purchase! I'm a Huge Fan!! Also shoutout to Daniel at the Pro Desk who also helped me get set up on my pro account, because if you work in the industry (contractor, realtor, etc.) you qualify for a pro account and can get points on your spend! He was super helpful and knowledgeable as well. Thank you to the team at the Addison location you guys make more impact than you might even realize!”

“Staff is very friendly and helpful. They are very knowledgeable as well. The only issue I have is the wood cutting. Had to return a few pieces of plywood and get them recut. Also, the cuts were not great as it looks like the blade they used is not in the best shape. I would definitely come here again but I don't think I'll be paying for wood cutting here in the future.”

“I drove from St. Louis to purchase a 4x19x4 slenderized Burnham radiator for the steam heating system in my 100-year-old home. Staff at Consumers Supply were extremely helpful in making the purchase. They were just as helpful after the purchase by taking my long distance phone calls about painting and installing the radiator. It is now installed in a small bathroom where there has been no heat for over twenty years. The radiator works great.”

I love this comforter for its weight and look, the perfect amount of poof and I love the color. Super sad about the stitching coming loose - all I do is sleep in it or make the bed. We originally ordered some of the in-the-wall components from them, and they were able to track and make sure everything was compliant. When a few of my selections wouldn't work, they were helpful in recommending alternatives that matched the style of other selections while also being considerate of cost considerations. All that saying, the prices were also incredibly competitive, and it feels great to support a locally owned small business. Highly recommend!”
