I can't believe what they did I ordered my prescription they only gave me a partial on 10-24-2023 which was ok pick up the rest on 11-1-2023 when I went to pick up they had canceled it she put in a new script but said the insurance wouldn't pay because it was to early which was incorrect they never gave me the rest of my medication so it was not a new order instead of admitting this she was quite rude. They only gave me 120 of 720 pills!!

If you're prompted to call the pharmacy on the website because THEY are the ones that need you to reach out to confirm price and insurance to push through the medication then you might as well just send your prescription to a different location. I've been trying for 3 days to call and confirm they can process my prescription and each time I've been put on hold for 20+ minutes and STILL no one answers.I would understand if I was calling because I had a simple question that I personally needed to ask and you put me on hold for that long, fine. However, if it is your team that needs input from me and the online service is prompting my response to call you then I shouldn't have to go 3 days calling at 6PM, 8PM, and 9AM with no response.If you dont need to communicate with your pharmacy then I say you may not have a problem getting your medication filled. If you are in dire need of a medication or your refill is time sensitive then I suggest looking for a different location to refill. Don't gamble at a location that does not answer phones.

I have been trying to reach someone at the pharmacy and call never gets through. I have been to the store physically and the pharmacy tech there has the nastiest attitude..if she hates her job then go work somewhere else. I tell her I need my script filled urgently and she gives me the face like "I don't give an eff" well I am still waiting for my medicine to be processed and nothing!!!!

The absolutely worst pharmacy experience I have ever had. They keep putting you on hold until the system times you out. It is literally impossible to speak to anyone. It takes several days to get the most basic prescription filled. According to the website my sons EPIPEN was in process, but when I called in it wasn't. There was an insurance snag and no one called to let me know that. I had to call the store manager to get through to the pharmacy at long last. All filled with excuses about how they get so many calls they can't field them all. Avoid at all costs.

I had one question to ask and I've been on hold for over 20 mins and counting. They have a terrible customer service for people over the phone. They don't consider some of their customers can't come into the store and shouldn't be placed on hold until they give up or the phone hangs up on you! Shame

Truly awful experience. Days to get a prescription filled. Calling in is useless as they put you on hold until the phone call times out. Seriously, the WORST pharmacy service I have ever seen. At the drive thru window is a sign that says you have to come inside the store to pick up prescriptions...

This store has a drive-through but it’s never open. It’s a inconvenience to always have to come around and park to run in when you’re in a hurry.

Liz at the Pharmacy was Awesome! She was very professional prompt of course there was a long line and some rude grumpy customers. She remained pleasant which I commend her for as she moved swiftly with everyone. During this time everywhere maybe short staff but I appreciate the ones who show up to work. The customer service is always Great and they're always positive smiling kind!

This store has very poor telephone service. They never answer and the automated system is terrible. For the money they charge there they should have live phone service.
