If I could give this Walgreens a zero, I would. The staff is always rude and condescending. Trying to make a return is ridiculous. Speaking to a manager does not help. They will not make any accommodations/requests, even after speaking to corporate several times. I have to go to other Walgreens, even though this one is minutes from my home, for substantially better customer service. Such a shame. This Walgreens needs changing from top to bottom. Looking at the other reviews, I see I am not alone.

As a frequent customer I was highly upset and disgusted with the service I received by a cashier "Jackie ". I purched 3 ,2litter sodas which all where showing sings for 3/$5. I wanted to purchase 2 ginger ale and 1 coke . She stated coke was 3/$4 and ginger ale was 3/$5 . She was wrong I even stated I could take a picture and show her. She then snatched the coke and asked me are you gunna buy this or not ? I have a long line . I stated I understood and no ill take the 3 ginger ale instead, then she proceeded to get upset and stated she don't need me to take a picture for her because she knows . I stated I did not want the price honored but atleast corrected on floor for others. I then spoke to employee stocking soda and juice and he just laughed and didn't seem to care all sings had promo of 3/$5 .... walgreens please do better and take longer interviews ?... thank you I hope Jackie was just having a bad night and will do better !

What happened to this pharmacy? It's horrible! Long lines, problems with orders and chaos. Always a problem with my Good RX coupons as well. In this day and age you would think picking up medication would be easy and stress free (especially when you are sick or elderly).

They are selling the business so we have to deal with the crazyness until then and then wait yet again for them to get it together!!! HORIBLE PHONE SERVICE, STUPID workers and now when you call they send you to a headquaters office that does nothing either, Up to 45 minutes on HOLD!!!!! I will be looking for a new pharmacy ASAP, BUT FOR NOW This place is a hazard to your health!!!

Look, this Walgreens is usually pretty nice. But today I waited in the pharmacy line for 40 minutes. 40 minutes. While they helped about 1 customer for every 10 minutes. By the time it got to me, they tell me the pharmacy is closed. This really pisses me off, this is my meds we’re talking about. Waiting in line for that long, just to be turned away when it’s my turn is bad business.

Terrible/THE WORST service. The pharmacy is the ABSOLUTE WORST. Terribly rude and don't care for their patients or clients. I sat in the drive thruwaiting for my COVID test (that I had a scheduled Appointment for) and no one acknowledged me for over a half hour at the window. I typically am non confrontational in these situations, but finally rang the bell for service and was told "we will be with you in a sec" and the hung up on. Finally after another 15-20 min. someone came to assist and they were very rude and didn't seem to want to help me at all. I will not be using Walgreens (especially the one in Elmwood Park on Harlem and Diversey) again. Also, I have called them and have been on hold numerous times for over an hour. I just don't understand this. So frustrating and disappointing that a place of business can treat customers like this. I woukd give zero stars if I could.

This pharmacy is a joke. I called to ask if my new prescription was ready and if my insurance covers it. The pharmacy technician said yes to both. I went to pick it up and told the lady I was going to get a few other things while she gathered my prescription. She rang me up and said she’d put the receipt and everything in the bag. I was in a bit of a hurry and I didn’t think to check the bag until I was at work. My medication wasn’t in the bag ! To make matters worse when I called they claimed they never received my prescription and that nothing was in the system! I was passed on to different pharmacy technicians and had to explain myself again and again, they all gave me different stories that didn’t make sense. I contacted my doctor and she said the prescription had been sent and that my insurance did cover all the costs. After two days of contradictions and giving me the run around, I still haven’t received my prescription. My doctor sent them the prescription once again. Will see what happens.

The lady that work in electronics in the morning, around 10am, look to be in her late 40s, shorter, was very disrespectful. I was first in the line, instead she served the person behind me. Not sure if this was a race thing. Then I asked her to check the package, she said she cant, but she can scan it. I try to be patient as I understand stores do hire people with needs. Please train the employees to be respectful

Sat there for an hour waiting for a prescription that was ready in 20 minutes, nobody said anything. On top of that I only got 1 out of 2 prescriptions because they gave my mom's blood pressure pills to somebody else. Horrible service.

They hang me three times in one week for one medicine. Every time I go to the pharmacy they tell me the medicine will be ready in an hour, I come back the next day or two days later and the answer is the same "the medicine will be ready in an hour". I am very outraged, and the time wasted is a bonus.

Spent a whole hour in their drive thru trying to pick up one prescription, the absolute worst drive thru, it's a parking lot
