I hardly write reviews but given the encounter I just had I want to be sure that corporate takes this complaint very seriously. Pharmacist Regina is completely unprofessional and extremely rude. Someone in your profession should always have the patience for a simple insurance question. I have always had a good experience with the other employees there.

Going here over 40 years. Pharmacy needs more people. They do their best, but the volume is incredible. Friendly overall. Store clean, well organized and other staff quite friendly. Three stars because you are understaffed creating extra wait times.

If it weren’t for the exceptional service provided by Miramar and her coworker—whose name also started with an M but I unfortunately can’t recall—my experience would have been very different. Both associates were equally patient, kind, and understanding as I navigated my frustration with the online shopping experience, which didn’t accurately reflect the prices or products available at the Walgreens location. Thanks to their guidance and support, I was able to take advantage of the in-store sales they helped me find. Without their help, I likely would have rated my experience at my favorite store, Walgreens, lower than three stars.

I had the pleasure of being assisted by an outstanding Walgreens employee JAMES who went above and beyond to help me during a stressful moment. I was visibly upset, and without hesitation, he stepped in with kindness, patience, and a great attitude. He guided me through uploading cash to my prepaid account quickly and efficiently, making the process seamless. His professionalism and positive energy turned my day around, and I truly appreciated the fast, hassle-free service. It’s rare to come across employees who genuinely care, and this experience reminded me why great customer service makes all the difference. Thank you for your help—you made an impact!

Bathroom is public and never has tp and looks like it never gets cleaned either. Pretty sure it's got Coronavirus.. seen someone was using the brown paper towels as tp... Must really be a shortage if y'all struggling...
Otherwise, helpful staff. Lines move quickly. Clean store.

It’s bad enough that this location gets hit with shoplifters constantly, the staff is extremely rude. The two women in the Pharmacy are rude and when you call they either keep you on hold or they keep you on hold only to hang up. Shame Walgreens’s corporate doesn’t offer quality control or this store would be closed for business

The WORST WALGREENS ACTUALLY THEY ALL ARE BUT THIS ONE IN NORTH AND HARLEM IS THE WORST. THEY their customer service is horrible. The pharmacists have the nerve to get indignant when they don't do their job properly. I just got out of surgery yesterday and I can't seem to get my tramadol and not until I call them. Do I get a text message that says my prescriptions delayed? How funny! It was delayed yesterday and they swear they've contacted the doctor. They hang up the phone. They pick it up. They hang it up. They put you on hold. They pick it up. They hang it up. They put you on hold. It's the worst and I promise from going forward I'll send all my prescriptions to Costco or CVS anything's better than this place. These people have the nerve to feel upset or attacked when they don't do their job when they don't stay on top of their jobs and I'm a medical assistant I would know. So now I'm going to go in there with my drain hanging from my wound so people can see the blood in my drain and watch me wait for a prescription that should have been taken care of yesterday since the doctor called it in long before I came out of the hospital. The last time I had a prescription sent there they said they never received a prescription call and then when I stood in front of them and called the doctor on her personal phone and she called them back they wouldn't answer the phone then all of a sudden they found the prescription

This is by far the worst pharmacy I’ve ever worked with. They pick up/hang up their phone on calling customers multiple times (did it to me 5 times today). They told us my prescription was ready, we went to get it, they said it’ll be ready in an hour… my husband kindly left and went back an hour and a half later, to which they told him it’ll be ready in another 40 minutes. They’re slow, careless and unkind. Find another pharmacy if you actually NEED the medication you’re trying to get. I’ve been waiting in pain for hours now.

This pharmacy really sucks. I refilled my med on 05/29/24 for 90 days supply. On 08/22/24 I got an email from Walgreens reminding me that it’s time to refill my med and I got it refilled by going to the pharmacy and the tech told me that it’ll be ready about one hour. I went back four hours later and guess what? Another tech told me it was too early to refill after asking the pharmacist. When I was trying to figure out with them the best time to refill. The tech became impatient and started yelling at me. Her language was indicating that I was too stupid to follow her. She said that the pharmacist already told me it was too early and she’s done with me. After calculating the 90 days from 05/29/24 to 08/26/24 and it makes enough sense to refill on 08/24/24. But guess what I got from the tech and pharmacist? It was 08/28/24. They told me to refill my med after running out TWO DAYS.
I had another horrible experience with the same pharmacist weeks ago when I refilled my EMERGENCY med. They took my refill but instead of allowing to pick up, they told me that it was out of stock and I needed to wait one to two days to get it. Five days later I went to the pharmacy trying to figure out where my med was and they told me that they had no idea and even had no clue when I could get it. I had to call my doctor to send a prescription to Jewel Osco on Friday and I picked it up the next day. Therefore, I took my prescription back from Walgreens and dropped it off at Osco and amazingly picked it up twenty minutes later. I share my experience with you just because every single patient deserves respect and humanity. Walgreens has changed negatively by hiring wrong people who don’t care about people’s needs and sufferings. It’s time for you and me to move on. I dropped off new prescription because there was no refill left.

Ugh. This is the worst pharmacy. Everyone working is SO unfriendly (they look like they'd rather be anywhere else), the drive thru takes FOREVER and never so much as a "thank you for waiting." And now I've come to pick up a script (eye ointment - should be easy enough) and they've said they don't have it and it's been 3 days since it was called in. Never sent me a notification. And then said that I(!) should call around to other Walgreens pharmacies to see who has it. Seriously?
