I can’t begin to describe the welcome home type of feeling this establishment brings you the second you walk in. I am originally from down south and every southerner knows hospitality will win you our loyalty in shopping ?️ and word of mouth like no other.
I haven’t experienced such heartfelt hospitality and generosity in a store setting in Illinois before like I have had the pleasure or re-experiencing today.
As most of us day to day individuals, everyday is just as busy and time consuming as the last. Unfortunately yesterday and today was no exception to the busy schedule of puppy walks and toddler swim classes. So one could only imagine how relieved ? and grateful I was to come here and the staff be so hands on and informed of their products and quality that I was able to find several amazing products I was desperately looking for in a pinch ? to use for work this weekend to help keep my supply in stock and my mood happy.
I can’t begin to describe how happy I am to have come here and experienced such an incredible shopping experience where they were very kind and welcoming to my purse pup ? S’ymobe that came in with me where we were introduced to their adorable puppy CBD treats. Which made my day an absolute breeze and a pleasure to have been able to carve enough time in to stop by before finishing the hustle and bustle of the day.
I would highly recommend everyone and anyone to come here as they have amazing prices , merchandise and the best customer service you can find around !!!

“All the people that work at the store are super friendly and very helpful in finding things I need I have been going to the store for over 32 years and I wouldn't go anywhere else they have a variety of different types of food and drink non-alcoholic they also have different types of knick knacks stuffed animals they have a variety of different types of everything they do not carry meat like a butcher but there is sandwich meat and stuff like that”

“They are so attentive to their customers! People come in with a lot of questions and it takes time. Meanwhile others will come in and know exactly what they need. The associate will help the person check out and then go back to the other customer assisting with questions. That’s how you do it! Unlike MI-Vape they make you wait 10 minutes before coming to you just to tell you they’re out of what you’re looking for. Support Lava Vape & Tobacco! Great little store the guy is super nice and if he doesn’t carry what you want he will get it for you!”

“Got a small selection of stuff to try. Wasn't disappointed with the service in the least. Or the products for that matter ethier. Owner was very friendly and informative. I was unaware just how large of a selection or even that they sold as much as they do when it came to variety. I was told of the many options and choices I had when it came to my taste. Clearly he knows what he's doing and how to be a welcoming host. Items are affordable as well as accomodating to all particular tastes. Plan to return again soon with the bf in tow.”

This place has been a lot of businesses over the years but Sunshine Mart has been the best. ?”
