it must have been a bad day for the cook. He couldn't understand I was there to order a pizza, not to pick one up, and rudely asked (twice) whose order I was there to pick up. I could feel he was havinga very bad day and apoligized for being in the wrong store and left.

Ordered a taco pizza 2/08/2025 6pm and they forgot the refried beans on the taco pizza. It had pizza sauce and just tasted awful.

well I really liked these ladies until today when I put an order in. The first time at the wrong place. I stayed in the gas station for the second order to ensure they received it and said I’d be back around 12. I gave them extra time because they seeemed very overwhelmed came at 130 and no sugar cookies. I only ordered them because they never have any when I come. The lady was so rude about it and I wasn’t being mean at all. I heard the lady in the back ask her if she should make them. I told her if the order didn’t go through I was going to order them so why didn’t she just tell her I wanted them and to make them.
Besides this issue and this lady everyone else was always nice. Hope you guys have a better experience

The GM of the establishment is very rude, talks about her employees behind their backs, picks favorites, and honestly doesn’t do her job whatsoever. She continues to hire incompetent people that only further drag the business down, and makes it the good employees that are there, their problem. She also never does anything about her employees harassing and being disrespectful to other employees. Yet she wonders why she can’t keep a single solid employee for more than a month or so?

Casey's chargers for air now! I've been a customer there since I was a kid. No more. Went into get some air because I was low. After inflation skyrockets through the roof And you want to charge for air. You need to give people a break. Never again. Boycott Casey's Mach 1's free!

Husband parked just a spot or two right of the main door. Stepping up onto their sidewalk in the store's front, as there was a decline in the surface so slight it was unnoticeable, I tripped slamming my right knee and scrapping my palm as well. I know there pavement was as such due to it transitioning into a wheel chair ramp, but they really need signage indicating u need to watch ur step. Otherwise same gas station munchies and over priced gasoline as any other Illinois locations.
