“I'm from Georgia and was in West Frankfort visiting family and had my dog Lola with me. She sometimes gets skin allergies and infections and of course while we're several states away from our normal vet, she gets an infection. My mom takes her pets to Franklin County Animal Hospital and referred me. They got me in the very next day and took very good care of my girl. I couldn't believe how much more affordable they are too (1/2 the price I normally pay my regular vet and with pet insurance). I wish Dr. Solomon was in Georgia. I'd switch vets today. Highly recommend.”
“Very impressed with their service and pet care! They got Dokkaebi and Alucard in for an appointment this week, no hassle. Both cats seemed very chill during their exams and shots (rare for Dokki). The vet tech (Sarah) and Dr. Troop were very kind to my animals and kept me informed about everything they were doing and the vaccines they were treating them with! I'm excited to go back with Atlas (dog) when he has his checkup.”
“As a veterinarian myself I try to take care of the basics with my horses....but my expertise is more small animals. In a time of great need when one of my horses experienced a horrible colic torsion Dr. Griffen was amazing and responded to my frantic phone call for help. In this day and age where veterinarians are often belittled and ridiculed for not providing constant service availability and for less than a living wage, treasure your veterinarians for they are invaluable and worth their weight in gold. Dr. Griffen could have charged me three times what he did and he would be worth every penny. The story doesn't have a happy ending as we had to euthanize our horse but I know he provided me with sound humane recommendations and helped my horse pass peacefully.”
“I had to bring in McLovin for an ear infection, they took very good care of him. I am always so confident if Mrs. Karen is there, also Miss Rebecca does a wonderful job with my big German Shepherd and clipping his nails. She does a wonderful job and he looks so forward to go when getting it done because he just loves her. Thank you both for the wonderful job that you do if it wasn't for you two I probably would have to find another vet's office.”

“I have 100% confidence in this facility! The Dr diagnosed my elderly service dog when no one else was able to. He increased the meds she was taking to keep her comfortable at half the cost of the other vets we had been to. Other vets demanded we do x-rays before they would help us, at a cost of $600. It turns out x-rays were not even necessary as it is a soft tissue issue! All my animals will be going to Quality Care from here on out !”
