“I had to be towed in after being stranded a couple of hours from home. Everyone here was great! They were able to squeeze me in quickly to try to get me back on the road, offered to grab lunch for me while I waited, and got the necessary parts delivered within a couple hours. When my problem ended up being bigger than we'd hoped, they even went ahead and called the dealership to see if there was anything that could be done cost-wise. There was no pressure to make any immediate decisions, what they did charge was fair, and they were honest and upfront. I couldn't have asked for a better group of people to help me out.”

“Brights body shop did an exceptional job repairing, body work, replacing tail light and bumper, and painting our Red 2017 Chevy Silverado. The paint match is SPOT on, the actual paint job excellent. Damage was right rear quarter panel, slightly buckled over wheel well, bumper heaved and destroyed, tail gait involvment. Also right rear box corner involving metal, tail light, ect.. was done when our truck was backed up and hit brick garage. Our truck looks as good as the day we bought it. Thank you Jordan Bright, you are a top notch body repair man and painter. Also thankyou to Gary Bright for having such high standards, and the help of Chris Murphy with his meticulous long history of painting.”

“I've been taking my car here a while now for maintenance and I've had few repairs.There are some things they aren't able to fix/do on some newer vehicles if it gets too technical but for most of the things you need, you can take your car here. If they can't do something they will let you know.They do not charge for diagnostics.All the employees are nice and professional.There was an incident where an employee messed up something on one of our vehicles but they fixed the issue without charge as they were at fault and apologized. Mistakes happen and this shop will own up to a mistake unlike others. I'm sure everyone has a "bad shop" story.We will be taking or vehicles here for a long time.If you're looking for a friendly shop and need your car worked on, this is the place to go!They only take cash or check right now but hopefully they will take cards in the future. Not a huge deal though.”
