Friday my doctor sent a prescription to CVS in Eureka IL, & they let me know via text that they had received it & would notify me when it was fillled. It DID NOT let me know that they didn’t have it in stock & wouldn’t be filled until the following Monday. It was a scheduled drug, so they couldn’t transfer it to a different pharmacy, but had to be sent by my doctor to a different pharmacy. My doctor’s office was closed until Monday. This pharmacy’s customer service is poor. I left it several years ago for something similar & thought maybe things have changed. It hasn’t. To be clear, the CVS store management is friendly & helpful, the pharmacy not so much.

They give you the medicine that they want,, even if you have doctors orders,, showing them the prescription...saying that the insurance wouldn't probably cover it...but knowingly they will ...we jus want our meds...not a crystal ball reader...my insurance coverage is top notch an will cover the medicine as always been prescribed...
