I brought my F250 in for the big camera recall. They told me the parts were on backorder and it would be 1 week to get the part. A few days later they called me and said the part was in! They told me it would be scheduled for a half day worth of work. Within a few hours they had the work completed and the backup camera works now!

I recently leased a F-150 Lightning from Mangold Ford, and I’m from up by Chicago. I had found the truck I wanted with all the right trim level and dealer options for me need, was connected with Jason and Mike and were able to come to a deal. Paperwork was completed entirely online and truck hand delivered by Jason in a few days and it was all seamless. Overall a great buying experience and love the truck, and even though they’re not in town, they’ll be my first call when it’s time for the next one. Thanks Mangold Ford!
