Sure, I purchased a motor from you guys called to return it was told someone would need to call me back, I never got a call back (1 week later). I had to call back and was told since the motor was purchased 6 months ago I couldn't return it. Now granted if that's your Dealership's policy on it then that's fine ill grit my teeth and eat it but I'm certainly not happy with the experience.

Mangold Ford made the process of buying our new Maverick go as smoothly as possible! Tyler was our salesman and always kept us updated throughout the wait and answered any questions we had along the way. Steve in finance made all the paperwork easy and found us a better rate than we expected on our loan. The dealership even honored the MSRP at the time of the order even though it had gone up by the time we purchased the Maverick. We would highly recommend Mangold Ford to anyone looking for a vehicle.

Jeffrey Yeater did an amazing job working with us. He went above and beyond. Anyone looking for a vehicle should definitely ask for Jeffrey. We highly recommend him. Only place we will go to purchase any vehicle. Thank-you for everything you did for us.

Mangold Ford was a class act from start to finish (an 11 month process), while recently ordering our Maverick 2023. From answering ALL the questions, offering advice, placing the order (which was just the beginning), to the after-order support, Mangold was unwavering. Being such a lengthy process, they remained easily available and involved long after the order was placed. Not only were they consistently active in providing any assistance, but maintained total optimism and provided continued encouragement that this unicorn of a truck would in fact eventually be mine (when it looked v uncertain). Choosing to buy through Mangold Ford with a courtesy delivery elsewhere, the receiving dealership chose to turn their portion of the order into an ordeal and left customer service at the door. However Mangold MORE then made up for their lack of professionalism. They stepped up to override the receiving dealerships issues, roadblocks and grievances to ensure I had a good experience. In the end they literally saved the day to bring this truck home to me. In addition every conversation w them included laughs and brought smiles, always inspiring me to refocus on the joy, excitement, and the special and rare experience that this was. I cannot thank them enough, for the all extra hrs and headaches my order involved (that they took on without hesitation), and while picking up the slack from another dealership that resulted in a truly great experience. If you are shopping for a Ford in Illinois (or anywhere!), I strongly encourage you to reach out to Mangold Ford. I will forever be a fan and customer. Mahalo Mangold Ford.

Everyone was so nice and so real here and they really worked hard to make sure I got exactly what i was looking for. We worked with Donny and he was able to find a vehicle for me in less than two hours and get it to the dealership in a day, and we were in and out of the tex test drive, finance office, and case orientation in less than an hour which was incredible. We plan to use this dealership again for our next vehicle purchase.

This is the WORST adult thing I ever do. I really detest car shopping. The only thing worse is actually buying a car. Parting with the money, the process of purchasing, signing loan papers, etc... I'd prefer to never do it.These guys were wonderful. We worked with Tyler and he took great care of us. We asked them to let us take it home and have our mechanic look at it and they didn't even bat an eye. They were happy to do so.

Easy to work with. We have purchased two used vehicles now through Mangold's (Rick was our salesman each time) and recently ordered a new work truck. We appreciated the ease of the processes and communication.

Mangold Ford has always fixed my car. I trust them. I try to keep my car as original as possible and the best way to do it is by using Ford parts and Ford certified mechanics. This dealership has the best team going. A real pleasure doing business with them. Awesome place indeed.

Mike Mangold and staff went above and beyond to see that the process of purchasing my vehicle was smooth! He drove to Indiana and met with my wife and I to go over all paperwork and sign documents? Highly recommend Mangold Ford!! The only negative was I’m still waiting for my nice Mangold Ford ink pen ?

Everyone at Mangold Ford was extremely friendly. They helped me find exactly what I needed, and gave it to me at a fair price! Highly recommend them for your next purchase!

I went to look at a 2000 Dodge Durango at Mangold Ford (as I needed a vehicle to pull trailers & a RV). After getting there, it was obvious it wasn't what I needed. Instead of leaving, I actually sat down with Donny (I was tired of trying to find a dealership with a SUV that I needed) as he seemed pleasant enough & we went over what they had in inventory (as I was looking for an inexpensive solution that didn't involve payments - not a vehicle that cost more). I also was not looking at a Ford, at first (lots of 5.43v horror stories out there). But, I was then shown a 13 Ford Lariat (with the 3.5 Eco-boost dual turbo engine), & I was pleasantly surprised by it's power. I then looked further up in price, and for around $24,000 - I found a 2015 Ford Expedition Platinum EL with 109,000 miles. I took it for a test drive, & was astounded by how nice it was (it had the Eco-boost & could pull 9,200 lbs & was setup for towing). I had driven there in my 2019 Jeep Cherokee with 94,000 miles (which I had bought last year & was paying a monthly payment on). I needed the Ford MUCH MORE for towing my 2021 Gulfstream 4,900 lb RV, unfortunately - it was Tuesday & the dealership had already closed for the day - so I had to come back the next day. I took the time that night to research the 2015 Ford Expedition Platinum EL, & quickly learned that unlike other SUV's/Trucks (such as GM or RAM)... the 2015-2017 Expedition is the holy grail of towing SUV's/Trucks - as the drivetrain is rock solid (with no reported long term issues with either the 3.5 Eco-boost or the transmission) plus the independent rear end making it a real smooth drive. Also, the price was 1/3 of a brand new Expedition & yet, this 2015 Expedition looked almost brand new & was not rusty - anywhere (it was obviously a central IL used vehicle).I sent my personal details/financials to them the following morning (to start the purchase process), & by the time I arrived - I had already been approved to buy the Expedition (we just needed to agree on the trade-in price for my Jeep). After about 15 minutes (after I arrived), we had agreed on the deal. The paperwork took only a little over an hour after that. No hi pressure. No 4 square tactics. When I went to talk to Steve in Finance, no weird numbers popping up (& no fees that should not be there). I actually asked regarding an extended warranty (& showed him I intended to get a 24,000 mile Ford warranty online for $2,700). I was offered a 5 year/70k premium extended warranty for $4,200. All in (including paying off my previous loan that exceeded my trade-in value), I left the dealership at around $32,000 all in. I am paying only $140 more per month now with this Expedition than I was with my Jeep. In 2015, this Expedition sold for $71,000 & had every option available (& the same configuration for a 2023 Expedition costs almost $90,000). So, this is a Dave Ramsey economics 101 success story.I will say this, Mangold Ford is one of the last TRUE family owned straight shooting dealerships left out there. Their Christian based principles are very evident & they treated me with respect & dignity. I can't say the same about dealerships such as "Kunes Country" who claim to be Christian based - but are one of the worst dealership experiences one can have. You can be sure, even though they are not close to me (I just moved from Huntley, IL to Streator, IL) - Mangold Ford is my dealership of choice now. They will also now have the honor of working on my 1972 Lincoln Mark IV classic car as a result. The owner personally thanked me for my business. It is my honor to be having a new business relationship with Mangold Ford. They are trustful & are worthy of your business. And given I am former Motor Transport (I am a Disabled USMC Veteran), this is a rare automotive business to find where Honor is still practiced & preached.Semper Fi. ?

I would highly recommend not doing business with this dealership or with Ford in general. The service center quite literally lied to me about a warranty service available, which I then had to pay out of pocket. When I confronted the dealership about this fact, they denied providing with the wrong information and refused to make the situation right. This was also after my car waited for a repair for at Mangold Ford for SIX MONTHS. Seriously, stay away from this dealership and Ford.

We have purchased numerous vehicles from Mike, who has always made the purchase process easy and accommodating. The service you receive at Mangold is, and has always been, second to none.

My folks have done business with Mangold for years. We just recently had to have car towed in for service. Ryan went above and beyond to get the car looked at, diagnosed and repaired so we could be back on the road. I truly appreciate his thoughtfulness and concern.
