“The Metamora post office does a great job for the mostly rural area it serves. The main problem we have is that it actually closes down for an hour between 11 am and noon. Really? Staff can't go on staggered lunches?”
“Made an amazon purchase without my husband knowing. Realized on the day it would be delivered, I wouldn't be home. Left a note asking the carrier to please leave in the garage and take note. Found the package in the garage and note no where to be seen. Husband never found out. 12/10 customer service.”

The lady who helped me went above and beyond, she was not only friendly and kind, but she even followed up with a phone call just so I could get my package before I left out of town ahead of the long weekend.
