They lied and said they made a delivery attempt when it wasn't delivered. What's the attempt? It was a normal package with no signature. They never came.

The friendliest Post Office I have EVER been in. Prompt service and a willingness to answer any question or work with any problem.

They consistently deliver my mail and packages to the wrong address. For some reason the genius in charge numbered the houses on our street out of order so now if someone unfamiliar with our street delivers mail or packages they leave them at the wrong house. I'm not happy that my $100 package shows delivered to my mailbox and there's nothing there. Got the notification and checked right away but nothing there. I'm not surprised. Going to escalate my complaint to a higher level.

Literally worst post office I've ever been to, horrible service, weird hours, and I'd rather (and do) go all the way to Washington post office instead.

Very Nice Customer Service. I have been using the Mossville post office for the last 5 years and all I can say is the post person ( I believe her name is Terri ) has always been polite and very professional. I have had to wait in line on occasion and have seen her interact with customers and have never witnessed her being rude or short with anyone. Always pleasant and taking time to talk with folks. I know she has rules to comply with that she has no control over. Maybe the person who gave her the one star review didn't comply with the rules and they didn't like it. I know for a fact this postal employee has given her own money many times to pay postage for mail and packages for veterans and charity groups. There are some people in this world who can't be pleased and with social media they can put out whatever they want whether it's true or not and that's a shame.
