Very friendly staff but make sure to bring a bag for books because the city council devoted to ban plastic bags that they used to hand out.

Libraries are awesome in general, but I find EPL especially architecturally and artistically beautiful, socially aware, and full of helpful staff. I feel happy every time I go.

Getting a library card was pretty easy, but unfortunately I discovered that this library didn't have many mystery novels.
