I worked here for about 8 months, loveliest Staff I've ever worked with. They accommodate your needs, they don't encroach on your personal life, or poke or prod for details that aren't their business. Every single manager was reasonable and did the best they could and I know it's only minimum wage but if you ever have the pleasure of working here, don't take your managers for granted, they are flawed, but they're trying their best.
This is most well taken care of I've ever felt working anywhere and I was honestly sad to leave.

I recently visited this TJ Maxx with my family, and unfortunately, we had a disappointing experience. The cashier was extremely rude and had poor customer service. We felt rushed and uncomfortable, especially after we declined the TJ Maxx credit card offer. It really left a bad impression, and we were surprised by the lack of professionalism.

Very neglectful and ignorant employee at the jewelry shop name Dana O. I felt disappointed with her customer service never going back there as long as she is there. Shame on tjmaxx.
