Really dirty. They did not wipe down or clean surface after the woman before me was done. Implements were not clean. At first I told myself instead of writing a review I just wouldn’t return but that was until the woman doing my nails started waxing someone’s eyebrows without gloves or even washing her hands and they were touching my feet! Really disgusting and rude. I think the health department needs to pay this place a visit.Service: Gel manicures

It was the worst pedicure I ever had. I had to get my feet redone in 2 days at a different shop. The shop was empty, which should have been a sign, and it was prom season. I wouldn't recommend this place Unless you have money to waste

I have been a customer for MANY years and was happy. Sometimes, it takes one TERRIBLE experience to make a difference. Today, the female (said she was the manager and didn't do nails), wouldn't listen to what I had to say or what i wanted. She kept saying "even" and "power" the ENTIRE time I was there. She spoke in her language, and talked about my foot while she was sitting across the room. I was extremely embarrassed and hurt. Even one of the workers across the room asked me "what happened to your foot." He never came near me. So that's proof that she was talking about me. When I called to express my feelings, she denied everything. I'm done here and will NEVER recommend and I constantly did in the past. If she had just acknowledged what happened and didn't deny it all, an apology for THEIR behavior would have been accepted. She denied the event and tried to make me sound like it never happened. She kept asking about who did my nails. I explained that did matter, it was her that I had an issue with. Since ownership has changed, customer service had declined. A business should NEVER make their customer feel bad about something their dealing with. Just because I don't speak your language doesn't mean that I'm oblivious to my surroundings and don't have feelings.Services: Eyebrow shaping

I have being going to this nail shop for years and would normally give them a four or five star rating but my regular nail tech is on vacation so I just got my nails done last week and 2 of them broke. I asked for nail repair with a design the nail tech started putting silver glitter, when I asked could he but gold glitter instead he became irritated and started raising his voice...I asked sir do you have an attitude, he responded with a loud Yes...I kindly got up and left because I am not going to pay $15 for 2 nails to be done and get insulted (yelled at) which should not have broken in least than 1 weeks in the first place.

Horrible manicure. They did not fully remove the red before applying the light pink and it came out looking messy. When I pointed this out to them they were rude and unhelpful and waved me away. Don't waste your time or money here.

Looks like new management from the last time I came (pre covid) came in at 5pm left within an hour. The guy who takes the appointments and looks like he's running - it did my nails (sorry didn't ask for name). He did ABOVE AND BEYOND than the pic I showed him. There were some nails that I asked him to fix the shape of, and he did it with no issue. A style that I usually sit for 2 hours for, he knocked it out and did amazing!! ? picture doesnt do it justice

I went for a pedicure and polish change on my hands. They sat me at a pedicure station with my feet in the water for over 30 minutes. Then when a technician became available someone who came in after me was serviced. When I attempted to leave they begged me to wait for another technician who was completing a pedicure on another customer. When he finished he went outside to smoke and they had to bring him back in. 45 minutes later he began working on my feet he and was not performing the service completely. He had to be told to clean under the toe nail and to file each nail after cutting them down. Not a great experience to say the leastService: Pedicure

Let me start off by saying I should have listened to the red flags in front of me.I had not been here in years, so the new staff and management was a first red flag. Also, there were only 6 people working total on a Saturday. Secondly, the first half of the service I received was ok. My “no chip” is already chipping but the paint job itself was ok. However, as I waited for my eyebrows, red flag #2 was another customer getting polish spilled all over her pants and legs and no type of refund or money off her service was offered. The “manager” barely said “oh sorry”. Red flag #3 was the eyebrow tech doing multiple services at once and being under pressure while doing my eyebrows. The woman took off all of my eyebrows. No hesitation. I truly believe Asian people hate Black people. If i did not ask for more than a clean up, why in the hell would she take off more than necessary? My eyebrows were thick, so logically, in her mind, that meant to remove all my hair until I was left with two twigs on my forehead. They need to just shut it down. Start over. And hire new people. And we as black people have to stop trusting that other races will respect us enough to not disrespect us. I told her I didn’t like my service, nothing was said to me and there was no offer to help the situation. Please don't waste yall time.Services: Pedicure
