Very unprofessional staff there’s a older black guy who works here states he’s the manager no I.D. On dingy uniform shirt hair not comb,very nasty I wanted to play one lottery number he printed the ticket but because he couldn’t comprehend and printed the ticket wrong he snapped on me called me all types of names therefore I left he says yes he’s the manager but if this is true 711 is in trouble there was another customer who came and and told me just leave that guy is always nasty he also stated he wasn’t making a purchase there just because of the behavior he seen the worker gave me he also stated he’s came here several times before and view this worker with a nasty attitude They wouldn’t give me the manager contact information although he says he’s manager I seriously don’t believe that and he’s co-worker also no name tag just as unprofessional sad way to work who hires people like this‼️‼️

This location is supposed to be 24 hours. I have been here tonight 11:00 pm and sometimes earlier. I’m not sure what the issue is with the employee (s) or management. However the lights are always on and no one is there and the doors are always locked!!!!! Why advertise 24 hours if you are not open 24 hours. It was about 30 customers who came by and left upset!!!! I’m filing a complaint with the BBB. I have video and photos for proof!!!

I been frequenting this location since high school never had an issue with management nor staff. I love mixing the cappuccino with coffee ☕️ The manager on duty unbeknownst to me had an issue with me. I guess he felt I was talking liberties with the beverages. The previous encounters with him were odd. I’ve always paid for the coffee etc. Previously, on two separate occasions he didn’t charge me for the beverages he just waved me off, like ?? no big deal bro ?. I thought that was weird because I don’t know him, nothing. But today he approached me with hostility (energy) got in my face and accused me of drinking a whole cup of coffee ☕️ without paying. He was watching me the whole time he said, mind you that it’s 11 or more ppl in the store and he’s just watching me the whole time. I’m a frequent costumer never had an issue but he’s.. New Management I guess and this was our third encounter. He had accused me of stealing $2 coffee ☕️. I didn’t know the guy even had an issue with me being that he didn’t charge me for two coffees on two separate occasions which was unusual. I guess he reached a boiling point. He didn’t like me slipping the coffee as I’m trying to get the perfect mix with the coffee and cappuccino. There is no sink available to the customer to pour out what you don’t want so you got to slip etc. The sinks they got is behind the counter and back room. Wish he would have stated he had an issue with on day one because the encounter didn’t end well I felt attacked because I didn’t understand where he was coming from and the energy was so negative over coffee. Then the guy refused me service taking $8 worth of items from me when I said forget the coffee. Because it’s not that serious and I felt uncomfortable and embarrassed. Coffee… It’s just this one guy I’m not sure if I can go back to this 7-Eleven because of his disposition over coffee, yelling I’m the manager as I walked out. It would be nice if this guy were though how to use tact when addressing the costumer if he has an issue or anything. Other than that staff at this location over the years have been pleasant they always clean my Slurpee Cup and Coffee cup when asked.

This store is the dirtiest store I've been in in like 20 years. Place is nasty, floors look like they haven't been mopped in months. Every step sticks to it. Disgusting.

This location is no longer 24hrs, no posting of store hrs, I've been unable to access the Amazon lockers for 2days not the first time, I will be changing locker locations

this store sucks went there for coffee and they have no lids none at all the excuse we cant get any but the other stores in the area never have this issue stop there again and now no cream or sugar the guy at the counter says whatever is there is what we have terrible run store go to the 711 at 103 sawyer at least they run a store like it should be run

Really dirty, old and not enough coffee the stand really dirty i ask the cashier for fresh coffee and she say sorry this happened after 11am cashier was coughing and drinking soda she really doesn't care customers. I'm sorry but this 7-Eleven need new employees that want to really work horrible service

I made a purchase at this 7-eleven 2 days ago and was charged twice for my transaction. Today I get a call from my bank stating that someone was trying to use my card to charge $160 at 7-Eleven. I never lost or left my card, it is still in my possession. I had to cancel my card and order a new bank card. I would have paid cash, but they have signs posted asking to pay with exact change or card. Now I feel there is dishonesty at this location. Time to find a new 7-Eleven.
