First time going to this Ace as it's a little further than the closest one to me. Went in looking for a Stihl leaf blower for my dad and the cashier was really nice and got ahold of someone to walk us through the maintenance and details of this purchase. Once we purchased the BG50 (I believe it was the manager on duty) put some gas in it and took us outside, showed us all the functions and started it before we left. Although I knew how to operate a Stihl my father was very impressed by the service and this location has definitely become my new go to Ace.

Store is very racist accuse me of stealing a bottle of liquid then came out to my car to ask me if I stole it
They didn’t acknowledge me as I walked in. I don’t think they like Black people do not shop there. This is a very terrible place.

Friendly service as soon as you walk on the workers are ready to help. The workers are very knowledgeable and go above and beyond to help a customer, great tool store to shop in will be my go to as well as Menards.

I went to get keys made 15 min! for a worker help me ( the man) said hold up all rude !! And walks off , with an attitude!! ?? I went to the one on 87 I was. Out in 5 mins !
