I Love this store. The staff and the customers are amazing!!! Had a customer share a coupon with me. Brought my total from $125 to &75 and I got nice, cute, affordable pieces!!

Worst customer service ever from the manager Tanya. Avoid this store if you want to be treated with respect. Went in to return some new items and the manger insisted they were clearance items. I had to travel to the other side of town to make the return. How are you the manger but you aren't aware of the store's policy? Very sad situation. It's a no for me, myself and my family will spend our money where we are appreciated.

Returning something and they refused to take it back stating the computer said I was pass the time frame when I was not. I hadn't shopped with them in a long time due to bad policies and bad service. Will go back to NOT shopping with them.

Once upon a time this was my favorite store to shop at but never again. I went to the store today which is November 14, 2024. I wanted to do some holiday shopping today. I was in the store for 20 minutes no one came to ask me if I needed help or greeted me upon entering the store. There were 2 sales associates behind the counter and 1 on the floor that could of offered me assistance. I will not beg any establishment to take my money. The customer service needs major improvement. What infuriates me more is that I spent $200 in the store last month. I went in the morning I guess these aren't the same sales associates in the evening. I needed a new ward robe bad but I'll buy from your competition I won't be returning to this store anytime in the future.

The customer service I experienced was unsatisfactory... It seems like the same manager always has an attitude no matter what day I decide to go in. I am really considering not shopping at the Evergreen location.

I went to Ashley Stewart to pick up an order that was paid for. One person on the register and two other young ladies were restocking. So I had to wait about 15 minutes until it was my turn with the cashier. First and last time at this location!
