This burlington location is THE WORST LICATION ive been to. I was almost at check out today but my 2 daughters had to go to the bathroom . First i asked the cashier if i could use the bathroom and before she answers rolls her eyes at me and tells me someone at the back can assist me . So i leave while my husband checks out, then when i get to the bathrooms and asked an associate if i can use the bathroom since it was an emergency , she goes and says that the bathrooms are dirty and thus they are closed for the day. Mind you then says but you can go to whole foods . I have never heard anything like it . My daughter luckily was able to make it to whole foods . But in reality if i shopped there why isnt bathrooms able to be accessible . Especially when i know theres alot of family coming in with little ones . It just makes no sense to me if i shopped there and just get rude vibes from workers . Like management should really be on top of how they do customer service . Like i felt like i was bothering them . Never shopping at this location again .

Extremely disappointed. I shop at burlington all the time and am a member and a cardholder. I came into spend money on some last minute vacation items. I really had drank a bottle of water and had to use the bathroom to be given a bs story not to mention security asking for money to come in like it was funny. This has been a horrible experience and do not appreciate that type of environment so not recommended to visit or will I come back one cashier and a long line

9/24 edit: So Burlington responded saying it is a security issue. So if it's a security issue can you explain why it's not in all stores? Only in the stores in ethnic neighborhoods? Because the Burlington in Tinley park doesn't have this. So please explain.
Soooo...the Burlington store on 95th & western has the ropes up and you have to be let in by security to shop.. They don't do this in other neighborhoods yet they want us to come spend our money here. Corporate needs to address this. If its a matter of loss prevention they need to hire the appropriate # of staff so that they can provide a decent shopping experience not having their customers feel like criminals before they even walk in the door

Great choices in women's men's and children's clothing! the variety of home decor was fantastic!! I could have spent all day there but I had to tear myself away. The prices are still really reasonable also, which is right up my alley! This location has a very very good selection of everything ??

Fitting rooms were closed by keys and no one came to open it although i informed the staff. What kind of shopping experience is this. Will never be back and will never recommend. What a shame. Staff were nice but it seems someone took the keys back home

Would have been a better experience shopping with my newborn If the loss prevention guy didn't follow me around the entire store. Just because I was carrying a diaper backpack. An another associate who pretended she had to run an put things in the aisles only you went in like her life depended on it..
