Came in on a Saturday morning to get a document notarized, no one greeted or directed me in the right direction. I asked a teller if a notary was available and he had me to standby in the waiting area only to never return with an answer. After waiting for about 15 minutes I asked another associate if a notary was onsite and found out that the previous teller that I had spoken with earlier had notified the notary onsite however, he never returned to let me know this....not very professional.

I went to open another account today and was informed this branch does not have a banker so no new accounts can be opened. I feel like that is an epic fail as a bank. Therefore, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Nice furniture, but they don’t have any bankers as of now- only tellers. So not much of bank.

Can't walk in to talk to a banker, THEY DON'T PICK UP THE PHONE, and the website is too complicated a process just to make an appointment. Ready to take my money out of all Chase banks!!! I am doing everything myself with no assistance anyway!!!!!

More than prestige, position, money, and power, we will be judged ultimately by how we treat others-especially those who have nothing to give in return. #Alifeofimpact #goldenrule On November 17, 2021, I visited this location and was introduced to a Ms. Rosalyn Johnson to have 3 documents notarized on my behalf. Ms. Johnson did not provide great customer service, she was very rude and passive aggressive. I wanted to leave her cubicle twice, because of the multitude of questions and discomfort that I experienced, just to have 3 documents notarized. I do not encourage anyone to ask for assist from Ms, Johnson, until customer service training is completed by her. I will not be returning to this location and I will also alert my family and friends about this disheartening experience.

Try to sit down with a banker for information about opening a credit card with them, was ignored by banker and just handed a few sheets with the information on there. Try to set and an appointment the next day, set it, and then get a email about my appointment being canceled right after I left the place. I’ve been with Chase for almost 10 years and I have never been treated like this from any branch, the other branch all wanted to help, but this branch seems like they don’t care….avoid doing business here if at all possible. Ps. Should be zero stars if I had the option.

I went in because I needed to gather more information about an old account. Manuel R, a personal banker, was so professional and helpful. He followed up with me the following week to ensure I had all the information I needed. Excellent customer service. The gentleman that greeted customers upon entered (forgot his name) was so welcoming and kind. Great experience at this location!

This was very horrible experience i had to take off work - then when i did everything they asked - there was confusion on my account the whole day - they treated my husband weird (the security guard ) because he was upset big waste of time for my family i hope there services are going to get better

Poor customer service. This branch does not answer phone calls. They will literally pick up the call and hang it up without saying a word. This is rude and unethical.

Definitely a far better chase than the location closer to Western the workers are very helpful and excellent customer service
