Pump prices are great. Getting into the gas station, the wait, always a pump.or two not working, etc. Painful.

The employees rather talk to each other and putz on their phones than help customers that come inside to pay. 3 employees behind the counter and no one was standing at/in front of the "open" register. I inquired about an issue with the pump and was responded to as if I was bothering them. Little respect for customers and lack of professionalism. One other employee (not of the 3 behind counter was re-stocking items and answered me, respectfully.)

Although I still continue to go to the one on 103rd and kedzie they are rude and inpatient with customers and yes the bathrooms are still closed at this locations also , I ask for cooperate number but that doesn't help hopefully it will get better soon

I came in with my foreign grandmother who needed my help to translate to the cashier she needed Marlboro lights but the cashier refused to sell to my grandmother because I was the one who informed the cashier she needed Marlboro lights, very poor customer service

It really annoys me that bathrooms are being closed at all your circle K stores in the name of covid. Are they being closed because of the virus or because the employees never liked cleaning them and this is just a convenient way to not have to. Speedway stations have their bathrooms open...Thornton’s does also. History will dictate you’re on the wrong side of things, so will my wallet.

I agree with what the other poster said about the nasty woman who works there. I was thrilled to have bought a winning $10 scratch off lottery ticket. When I handed it to her she said "You have to scratch off the barcode" I was like what? I don't see a barcode. She pointed to the ticket and said "there!" I told her I didn't have a coin. So she said to use my key. I told her it was in the car. So she refused to process it. I had coughed slightly (into my elbow) and she jumped back all dramatic and yelled "Take that sick out of HERE" Jeez. Strange lady. But at least the gas is cheaper there, so I give them that. But I don't think I want to go back there.
