I would be a little leery of this company. I just received a charge of $96 on my card for reoccurring subscription and did not authorized such a set up. I believe I did by some products from them as a gift but not for subscription.If you have purchased from this company you may want to recheck your cards for such a charge. I have had problems trying to reach them by phone and email.

Absolutely wonderful place for all your school project needs and school supplies. Goes great for both teachers and students. Staff is very helpful and are truly wonderful people.

I don't go there often, but this it is great to know it is there in case I need it. I mostly get books for grades there. Top notch service from the ladies that work there.

I stopped by yesterday, July 29th, and the lady that rung me up was pretty distracted when she rung me up and gave the impression that she’d rather be anywhere else but there. She told me that I would be receiving my receipt via email, but I never received anything. I made a big purchase and now, I can’t even check to see if she rung me out correctly. Very frustrating.

I ordered my special needs child educational items through classwallet with no issues. However, once i received my nearly $500 order, i was missing over half the things i ordered. I ordered 17 items, but only 5 of the items were correct. The other 12 were items that looked like they belonged to an art teacher. Assuming it was an innocent mix up, i called the store. The owner told me she would call me back to get it sorted out. Never received a call back. Called again, and whoever answered was really snarky and told me they would “literally just write that i called. AGAIN.” And that they had a line out the door. While i completely understand, I’m extremely frustrated. So i send an email in hopes that they could get back to me on their own time when there maybe isn’t a line. NOPE. I’ve contacted class wallet and they won’t respond to them either and I’m being completely ignored. So maybe one of these days someone will decide to take the time to answer the people spending hundreds of dollars keeping their store open!!!! The person suffering from this is a literal special needs child. Be better! I’m so disappointed.

The Classmate is a great store for teachers to get supplies, and for parents to get things to make their students projects look great! It's one of the few teachers stores left in/near the city. Let's keep it open!!!

This is a rip off, no notification of a renewal cost and then once you see it on your credit card they refused to refund.

I ordered items online and went to store to pick-up and items were not there. I was told that they would be shipped to my home and they have not been. I have called and left emails with no return call or email.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff always know what you need. They have lots of items in-stock and can help you find anything they don't have in-store.Great for teachers, parents, and crafty people.
