I’ve been going here to get my eyebrows done for the last year or so with no issues. It’s been the same two people. I went in Thursday evening for a cleanup.. nothing major. I get light shading with the pencil again nothing major. My regular person was sitting down and she had the other girl do my eyebrows. This was the worst decision ever! She waxed off half my left eyebrow. I wanted to cry. I told her it didn’t looked afterwords, she used the shading to cover it!!
I now have to wait months for it to grow back. I’m so disgusted and disappointed!!

I use to frequent this salon but stop due to just inexperience service. For the prices the nail techs are not up to par. My pedicure was $60 and I was unhappy with the service it was like my feet was never touched and reminded me why I stopped coming there. When I first came in I was not recognized or spoken to but wrote my name on the list. When other came in they were greeted and almost put ahead of me if I didn’t speak up. Overall service needs improvement and tech need better training.

The Owner is terrible. I sat to get my lashes done, waited for the lash tech to do another person's wax, for her to leave for the day and not say anything to me. I was waiting in the lash and wax area, so unprofessional

Don’t waste your time going to this shop, they lie about knowing how to do certain designs then get mad when you don’t like they work. The quality of their work is also bad i had to keep going back to get my nails fixed. And it smelled bad in there

Great place and amazing service!!, Anna did my nails and she was very patient and took her time on my nails (definitely ask for her once you go). I am very thankful to have been serviced by her!!

Though my nails came out beautiful the people who work here are truly rude and disrespectful people. I came in on May 6th booking my appointment last minute due to an abrupt cancellation with the regular nail company I frequent. As soon as I came in i truly felt like a fish out of water. The workers there gave me rude looks and when I asked about my appointment everyone ignored me. When I finally was spoken to there were no kind introduction the man asked me what I want didn’t say hi or anything asked me who I booked with I told him and he quickly took me to the nail booth. As usual with these salons there was no conversation which was fine with me and like I said earlier they did a good job doing my nails however I spent 144 dollars on my nails and I feel like they don’t deserve a dime after when I was about to check out the man spoke over me as I was trying to explain to him that I can’t take money out of the ATM. He began yelling at me and I yelled back telling him that I can’t use the ATM. I ended up using the Apple Pay saying to myself that I will never be coming back here. The next day I decided to call the company to discuss the behavior of the workers with the manager and when I asked to speak to the manager about the experience I had they hung up on me abruptly. Truly disrespectful. I will not be coming back here and I advise no one to get there nails done here. Though their nail work is good it is not worth dealing with the disrespect I faced and no one deserves that.

I normally don't review but I was so disappointed with my Pedicure. On 1/18/25 I came in and got a fill in and a Pedicure. My color was clear on both hand nails and toes. My fill in was good but my Pedicure was awful. The dead skin on my heels were still present and I had to come home and take my foot scrubber and remove the skin. I'm not here to bash but allow people to know to keep your eyes open because i should have not have to come home after leaving the shop to clean up my feet after paying for them to be done.

They don’t properly clean and sanitize their tools. They should come out of a fresh bag every time.

After a botched manicure I went here and Zenni did my nails absolutely en pointe. I maybe wouldn't entirely trust me because I'm not the girliest girl who ever girled in the world but I've been infiltrating their ranks. Super great attention to detail. Couldn't be happier!

I've been going to Classy Nails since they open. Angie the owner is now devoting her time to lashes and eyebrows, so she said. T, whose no longer there was exceptional. However, Angie can be disconnected but that could be due too a language barrier. However, her husband is quit rude and there is never any promotional sales. Customer service is non-existent. I am more offended that many of the technician cannot speak English. I came in the shop on a Wednesday. Her husband in his rude manner insisted Angie was busy. It was very slow and Angie insisted that I let Tina do my nails. Please never sit in Tina's chair. She's horrible. She split my nail bed and tried to cover it up with acrylic. I had to go to another shop to have my nails repaired. Classy Nails does not promote nail care and definitely no loyalty. No man owes anyone anything but in a business, if the owner does not respect there customer's or concerns then its not a good business relationship.
It's rude when you try to explain your concerns and everyone enters the conversation staring and commenting in there language. No professionalism at all. The only one's profiting is Classy Nails. I am not sure where the reviews stating that it's a warm and kind atmosphere but it could be further from the truth. So why promote any business that could care less about there customer.

I was forced to use the ATM but not the other lady. It’s the same charge as using your credit card. Said he’ll waive the fee. What fee is there to waive? Yeah idk if I’ll come here again.

The man who seats people with the gray hair is not kind or inviting. He appears to always have an attitude or a bad day and when getting you seated will rush you but be very slow about any interaction where he has to set something up (like taking your money or Taking your payment). It is a very unfavorable experience when dealing with this gentleman, and unfortunately, it falls on the people that are working in this establishment. The policy is cash or you are up charged on a number they decide based on their own scale. This paired with this man’s attitude bringing down the morale and makes you not want to tip the people who are working there. A few of the technicians are good at what they do however, he makes the experience disgustingly uninviting, which is unnecessary as I am giving you my money. This place is frequent by African-Americans, however, maybe it is the color of our skin that makes him upset. I can’t think of another reason why someone would not be happy and thankful to take people’s money when they can go elsewhere in the area. The three stars that have been given to them should be lowered.

So I read the reviews and inspite of all the horror i decided to go and ask for Angie because in one of the reviews it said go to her for eyelashes well they was cute but today the very next day my individuals are coming off as if it was a strip so it will be the first and the last time I come and that’s what I get for thinking 🤔 they’d actually do a good job but hey $40 spent and i live too far to waste gas to have it fixed welp if you go here it’s at your own risk
