This is the worst Walmart ever. Always backed up on online/delivery orders so the employees will cancel the order due to short staff.This is a last resort location for me.

Walmarts in Evergreen Park, IL has an isle full of cosmetics representing a variety of name brands. However, it’s all lock up in glass cabinets. I waited for assistance. I called for assistance on three occasions. I caught the attention of three employees, each saying that they did not have key to the cabinets. My first call was at 528 and now it’s 608. What’s the purpose of having the cosmetics if the intent is not sell it. Other customers did come and wait and complain then left. WTH!

What I love about Walmart is the convenience of their app. I know the exact aisle to find items I'm looking for. Then self checkout makes for a quick in and out!

Ghetto , dirty, and unorganized. All of the pick up spots were filled by ignorant customers who can’t read. When I called the office to complain they did absolutely nothing about it.

The Associates was great but the store outside waiting benches are so far away . People with disabilities will have to walk far from the door just to sit and wait for transportation which take awhile to come.

I was there today, and they had the self check out, but the employees were ringing the items. I get all the way home to find out the guy didn't put all the bags in the cart
He seems to not want to work. He was so confused about if items were mine or not, he was hopping around the cart like he was on drugs. I didn't know what was going on. I called, and no one answered. Very sad. Wal-Mart is going down. Service is horrible! Now I have to drive across town and hope they give me my things smh.

Either let me scan my own items at self checkout or get rid of them. If I "need" staff to scan my items then I'll go to the staff checkout. Y'all wasting everyone's time. Also the music in the parking lot just puts everyone on edge and the store as a whole is just chaotic.

With all of the stores that I have watched disappear from my neighborhoods over the years, I am happy that we are still able to retain our Walmart. I like that there's an option to order online and pick it up later. The prices for items that I buy regularly elsewhere are better at Walmart.

The parking in Walmart evergreen is the worst of all locations. Toxic environment, The staff are a bunch of ignorant and childish teen. Don't shop in the even 30 minutes before closing because they going to watch you like a hawk at check out and think everyone is going to steal. Walmart's in better areas treat you better. This is Ghettomart.

Purchased daughter window air conditioner that your window closes completely. Also got installation & warranty. Promised deliver date changed at last minute ao had to cancel order. Well, the unit was delivered anyway. When I questioned it, they said it was to late to cancel. So when questioned the installation date, they say THAT WAS CANCELED AS WELL AS THE WARRANTY. I was told no installation but could purchase have warranty in the store ( only ) within 30 says. Well went to store, Evergreen Park to purchase warranty, service desk says can't. So called customer service said yes you can, went back to store said customer service said can, they said no again Called customer service again and 3 way to Walmart a Valerie, acting manager cause manager not there. Went to store 3rd time said no. When called again said cant cause over 30 days. Gaslight. Entire issue Walmart fault. If order canceled. Should have canceled everything not part. There is no one of authority you can ever speak to. I even tried the ethics line. No answer. This is worse customer service ever saw. Will return but paid $120 to get installed. Money lost and they laugh all the way to Walmart Bank &Trust. h, customer service acknowledges the numerous timed I've called in July but not why I called. Not a customer service store
