I just had the worst experience at this pharmacy. The pharmacist and the techs were rude and unhelpful. The store is very empty, everything is locked up. I'm sure they'll be closing soon. Good riddance!!

It's a shame to have health insurance Medicare you can't never get your medication and this is at all CVS locations not 1 but all because they always got your medication delayed I hate I switched to silver script. Walgreens never delayed any of my medicine. Right when you need it the most. Shame on CVS you have to do better with your orders on medication.

Service was great under Pharmacist Sam Rizzo, but it is improving with Jimmy. They are short staffed but making a great effort to improve service. I've seen rude customers but haven't seen any of the techs being rude. I feel some of the negative comments are unwarranted and unfair, as I am at this store regularly. That's just from my perspective.

This location has really gone down I am so disappointed after twenty years. It appears that there's now new management and various new staff. Huge mistake. I was just insulted moments ago by the pharmacy cashier. I've not seen anyone there as discourageous as she is. She started off rude from the beginning and Tone was off. She proceeded to tell me I had to go up front to ring up my other 6 items. Meaning that, after already waiting in line, 2 people ahead of me had finally finished, I'm now at the front picking up my 3 prescriptions and is told, after paying for these you must leave this counter and stand in another line to ring up merchandise that is FSA eligible items. Go do 2 different transactions! Her attitude got worst when I told her I'm not going to do that, and asked since when is this the case? She said forever. I asked her for the manager, she looked behind her shoulder and yelled Phil, can you let this lady know that I am not going to ring her up! It went downhill from there. I asked Phil may I see you please? As I explained how it made no since to do this, she intervened, insisting that I go to a second line. He decided that she should continue to ring my full order which was a small amout of items outside of the perscriptions. She apparently wasn't fond of his decision and next thing you know, she started expressing herself. She referred to me as bro, and man in her statements a few times. Other customers stood in line and other staff witnessed. She use some other urban, derogatory slang terms with me which was unprofessional and I felt embarrassed for her. The manager attempted to intervene until he eventually got combative himseld and walked away with frustration yelling out how he's having a bad day and to leave him out of it! He went back to doing what he was doing and left his subordinate there to continue ringing me up, handling my merchandise agressivly, tossing and bumping my items on the counter, stating how this and that isn't ringing up. Her negative energy continued throughout my transaction, and once the total came to almost $300, I asked her how much was the medication? She said "I'm done talking to you bro"! This time, the pharmacist stopped what she was doing to intervene and ring me up after hearing this. I would like to know who raised her? I'm sure she could tell that I am near her mother's age. I don't know why the hostility. Perhaps it was misplaced anger from a disgruntled employee. All 3 staff members were very new. This was the very first time that I've seen any of them and l frequent this store for over 20 years. Bring Sam back! I am now forced to have all medication transferred over to a new store. While working in a semi health field where sick people visit the counter for medication, I wouldn't expect this level of disrespect. Some compassion maybe. I don't deserve to be mistreated. No one does.

I’ve waited for a month for my meds. They tell me it will be a few days and they do not make any effort to tell me it’s not there. They are rude when you call. That’s horrible when you already feel sick without your meds.

The pharmacy is the worst in the city. You could probably die and rott in hell before you can get your prescription or talk to someone. Even when you talk to someone about getting your prescription, they lie to you and it's never ready when they say it will be.

Yesterday evening I went to the CVS closest to my home. My experience was horrible. It was 6:30pm and the store was empty other than the cashier and myself. The cashier decided to come from behind the counter to follow me. Upon check she chose to bag frozen food with dry food. She was rude and had a nasty attitude.

My child was discharged from the hospital after a corrective surgery on his airway. One of the inhalers he was prescribed was filled at this CVS. My son cannot go in public for 2 weeks to avoid contracting a virus and because he has stitches in his airway, I cannot leave him alone. I explained the situation to the pharmacist and tech at the drive up window and asked if they can help me buy liquid Tylenol for his pain since I cannot come in. I was told "that's not my problem and it's not my job to go get you Tylenol. You have to come in." I told her I hope someone treats her family like that and wastold "that ain't my problem and again, it ain't my job. You need to come and get it yourself." I feel this is a power trip and reverse racism because she had no problem helping the guy in front of me and spoke nice to him, but they shared the same skin color. As soon as she seen an Asian/white woman in the drive thru I got instant attitude. "It ain't my problem," then you don't belong in health care as a pharmacist serving sick people lazy bee..aaa..tch. One day someone will treat your family the same. I hope they laugh in your face doing so also. Go to Walgreens on 95th. The woman had nothing but attitude, short, heavy, and angry.

Had a horrible experience at this CVS trying to pick up my prescription. TRICIA, the pharmacy tech was very rude, unhelpful, unprofessional and lacked empathy when dealing with me and other interactions I witnessed with customers. Due to the system being down, which has been a reoccurring issue, I was unable to fill my prescription leaving me in pain and in distress. I will never visit this CVS ever again. And will warn others not to do so neither.

They didn't give me all my prescription and when I called back they looked at the cameras supposedly and saw them at they did. I know my eyes don't lie.

By far the worst CVS I have ever had to work with. I waited 3 weeks for a prescription and I am told its on back order, I called 2 other CVS, they told me the same thing but offered a solution, ask the doctor for either a different strength or a different type. This CVS offered no help and told me call the manufacture if you don't like it. I wound up calling a Walgreens near me but they had it in stock and filled it immediately. This is not my first problem with them, they are slow, they do not give accurate medication - count your pills before you leave the counter and they never have enough medication. I am constantly having to go to another CVS. CVS has always been my favorite drugstore but this store is the worst.

If it wasn’t bad enough to have to wait up to a week for prescriptions to be ready, customers now must tend with the attitude and lack of training from pharmacy techs. Today, I had the not so lovely encounter with Morgan in the drive thru. After clearly stating I needed my receipt for insurance purposes, she failed to issue one. I get that’s it busy. Mistakes happen. But rather than be apologetic, I got a dry response “Well, if you want a receipt, you have to come in the store..” Rather than figure out how to reprint or apologize, you pass the buck off to me. With my small children in tow, I trudged inside to the pharmacy counter for a reprint only to be told they don’t know how to reprint so go to customer service. Upon arriving at the front desk, I had more issues; since I needed the exact amount to of my purchase. Any transactions from pharmacy should come with a receipt. This isn’t the first time I’ve had similar issues at this location. They seriously need more training.

Have used this location for years, and get great service. I get automatic refill notifications, and generally quick service in drive through.

Items not in stock, paid bill couldn’t get receipt, aisles blocked
