I called the Evergreen Park store and talked with Moniece before going there. She was great on the phone, and even better in person. She anticipated my needs and, even better, had all items I needed in stock (unlike other stores). She provided advice and listened to what I had to say. I've been to other DXL locations, and while they were good, Moniece was great.
