Female teller can't be bothered to do her job. The representative gave a lame excuse stating there are only three branches and their transfer limits are low. She advised me to make an external transfer, when it is in her job description to perform these functions.

No matter what I do it will not accept photos of drivers license or passport to complete opening an account so I am stuck in an endless look. I'll go elsewhere.

Wanted to open account with this bank. I do business in the area and thought I would use local bank. I was made to feel like it was 1960 and there was a sign posted that said Whites Only!!! I guess I'll take my business elsewhere. Very disappointed!!!!

Was in drive thru and teller forgot to give my friend his receipt so he went in to get and I pulled off to edge of empty parking lot and a bored security guard came out screaming to park in a slot the lot was empty

I drive past this bank every day and for the past couple months now their clock on their sign has been 1 hour behind since the last daylight savings time change. It's not a good look. If they can't be bothered to fix the time on a clock outside, who knows what other mistakes they won't bother to fix. In a few weeks we will have daylight savings time change again and the time should be correct, but still, it makes them look incompetent.
