Went to take care of fraud activity on my account at 3017 92 nd street in Chicago, no greeter, long wait, Branch Manager failed to socially distance herself while her arms were folded she instructed me where I could stand sit and even told me not to talk at one point. Reading the comments I believe I came across that same woman as Lady T in the comments who refuse to put my ID and things in my hand, she tossed them at me, 🫤 causing me to get upset cursing her instantly, my fault. I asked for a different banker with more Professionalism then had police called on me for not allowing them to mistreat me. My account has been flagged for fraud and my issue still remains, I choose the path with the least resistance I’ll close the account and get a new one after I get the branch manager on 3017 92nd street employee iD whom treated me like it was 1968.

I have been standing here for 21 minutes with no greeting. The workers are slow af and one of them is just on their phone near the back. Horrible branch that I’d never come back to. I went in 4:05pm and left 5:13pm !!

The Caucasian teller was giving me a hard time. She’s assisted me before and she is usually pleasant and nice. I usually wear a suit but this particular day I wore some joggers and a hoodie.

I have been with this bank for some years and when it come to the deposit they will hold your payroll check 2-3 weeks. Don't use the mobile deposit app. They will hold your funds for not having the name on the check exactly like your name on the account but the name on the check is the same name that your direct deposits have on it. Refund tax check from the government they will put a hold on it says they need to verify funds. They will receive the funds from the other bank cash it and turn around and reverse the funds. And make you pay it when they receive the funds. The customer service department will give you the run around.

The intelligence at this bank is very low. Can't imagine why that would be. Hmmm....yeah, a real stumper!

I visited Fifth Third Bank today and received excellent service. I was greeted by Valencia Rivers, a Personal Banker. She is very personable, knowledgeable and professional. I always receive great customer service here.

Ive been banking at fifth third bank for a while and they cant answer the phone. All banks are a joke. I think that they dont care about customers needs and they just wanna stare at you like they know what they are doing. Totally uncool and not very precise

I experienced very bad customer services from this location on several occasions rude nasty manger bankers unbelievable, I deposit a check I was told the check will clear the next day. The banker took my check to the backend so it can go threw a slow process intentionally. I have Covid, I been off work waiting for this check to pay bills, I am now writing checks with no funds in my account. I will never give this location anymore business. I have been a loyal customer for 15 years, I feel betrayed and hurt.

Beautiful new bank down the street from my house, but VERY unprofessional! Teller talking about my account balance and deposits, personal business at the counter in front of other customers. Then the assistant manager buts in from his office located across the bank discussing more of my personal business giving advice instead of pulling me in his office like any other financial institution. I’ll be closing the account and just continue to travel to Citibank especially since my debit card hasn’t worked properly in months which has been another horror story.

So unprofessional... Actually the worst service to be in this area. The teller who had her name badge covered with her salt and pepper hair refused to tell me her name. Long story short she refused to hand me anything in my hand as if I wasnt standing with my hand out for my ID and money. When I politely ask her if she can hand me my money in my hand she gave me attitude.. Thank god I was closing an account.

Tonight the 2 atm’s outside were malfunctioning. I then tried to go to the indoor atm but the door card swiper didn’t work. Never had these issues with other banks nor the fifth third closer to Cicero.

If you don’t want to lose your money and your time don’t deal with fifth third bank at all. Worst staff and customer service and worst experience. Will go to another bank for sure
