Ordered my supplies on 12/27, original delivery date was January 4. Products never showed up and contacted Hayat and told now they’re not being delivered until January 11. According to UPS, they’ve been sitting in Bedford Park since January 2nd r 3rd. This is 20 minutes from my house. It should t take and extra week or more to get things delivered!RIDICULOUS!

Dealing with Hyatt medical supplies is a nightmare, They always ship me the wrong c-pap accessories.

Me and my dad went into Hayat to purchase a walker for his upcoming surgery. Not only were we in and out of the store quickly but the customer service was stellar. Nancy was thoughful and kind. The walker was more than $40 cheaper than what we were quoted at another store. I am always thankful for the kindness of others during stressful times.

Edit: Yes, I have the right company. I don't use my real name here, even so when I called you last year to send my CPAP info to my doctor, I was told your company no longer has my records. I've also asked your company to review this complaint several time, which I never received a response.Took them a year and a half to let me know my insurance was no longer covering my equipment, ended up costing me over 700 dollars even though they accepted me as a medicaid patient.

This is a true testimony….my son unfortunately had walking pneumonia which caused him to be put on a oxygen supply… my son’s friend who is a nurse at Christ hospital will always come over and open up the oxygen tanks when he had dr visits. Well today my son said he just wanted to get out & get some fresh air but his lady friend is out of town & we ddnt have anyone to show my husband & I how to do it ourselves. We visited Hayat Home Medical today and the sweetest lady name Nancy said she was there today by herself & she ddnt know how to open it but she got on the phone & called J.J who literally walked us thru it step by step and my husband is now able to do it himself…JJ also advised there is a fb video on their page to show us if we need help again…I encourage everyone who needs any medical equipment to definitely shop there. The staff is amazing and they truly care about their customers.

I’ve been at Hayat for over 9 years and I would have never stayed if it wasn’t for the nurses , Nancy and always ASA . They have always been professional and patient even when it was time for my doctor to provide approval for equipment after I didn’t realize I needed to see my Doctor. Oxygen supply rep not very patient nor respectful in explaining how to use parts. Having a bad day is no excuse to poor customer service.

Homer Dillard - Thornton, ILI would like to take this opportunity to show my appreciation to Collin and Nancy which I had the pleasure of dealing with at your store. Collin came and did an installation and did a very professional and excellent job. He also spoke to me about the lift chairs that you sell. When I went to the store to look into the chairs that is when I met Nancy. She did a very good job of showing me the different chairs that you offer as well as their features. And because of this I ended up purchasing 3 chairs when my intention was to only purchase one.Needless to say we are very, very happy with this product and the service that we received.And let's not forget the delivery and set up. They were professional as well!

Great experience at Hayat! I was treated well, and Asa was very helpful. She explained the difference in the equipment I was considering, and that made my choice selection much easier. All my questions and concerns were addressed. This was my second visit to Hayat, and my experiences both times were positive. (I did purchase what I needed.)

Collin Marovich is phenomenal. He was very kind and patient to me, a senior client. He took time to determine the proper locations that would be most beneficial to me. Collin, installed grab bars over tile and explained the process in detail. He allowed me to watch him install and he explained along the way. I have full confidence in his outstanding work and highly recommend his services.
