They recently cheated me out of the 4 Lane Cash rewards coupons that were in my digital wallet. They mysteriously disappeared on the last day you could use them. And then act senile when I asked what happened to them. That sealed the deal for me. I smell a bankruptcy because I know it was done intentionally where they didn't want you to redeem them. Maurice and Ashley Stewart will further get my business. They should've been glad anyone was coming in there for anything. It was an eerie feeling to go to any Lane Bryant after those 5 women were murdered and the case is still unsolved. I would mainly order online and do a store pickup. You cheated the wrong customer. The clothes weren't as stylish as Ashley Stewart anyway. I'd mainly shop for the underwear and pajamas and select clothing depending on the style. But I can tell the material was cheaper than years past. You will not be missed if you do go out of business.

The store closed at 9pm and they ALWAYS close and lock the doors 10 -15 minutes early I will be calling corporate. Look at the Time

I was greeted immediately from a very nice and professional sales clerk. The store manager was also very kind and professional. I was there when the store opened. 🙂Both were very helpful. Store, clean, and organized. I do not live near the location on 91 S. Western in Evergreen Park, but I most certainly will go back again. Thank you, J

Well it was ok, it's bad customer service when employees don't pay attention to people coming into the store. Stood by the register for a good 5 minutes before the worker even noticed me.

Store associates were very helpful and efficient. There was kind of a big line and I did not feel like I had to wait that long. The quality of the bras I bought seems to be holding up so far I’ve been wearing them for about a month now. Selection is very good and they have a wide range of sizes

I always go to the Evergreen location and have a pretty good experience. The staff is always nice and professional. They can be slow at times but overall I get good service.

10-01-2023 I went in looking for a bra. The young lady measured me but then left after that. The cell phone use is definitely big at this location. I won't be going back here, it's already a jib to look for a bra.
