Pricing for items is different at checkout. The wait in line to be checked out, then waiting for an associate to verify the price and lastly waiting for a manager to tell you that he can’t adjust the price although is was quoted and price verified by the associate assisting me.

This is unfair that after I used my money and there were some materials left over and I want to return them to the store, they ask me for identification to give me a credit in the store and I showed them my ID (consular matricula) and they tell me that this form of identification is not valid . I'm sorry, but in the state of Illinois, the consular registration is valid. This happened in customer service. I felt humiliated by this action from a representative at Menards.Juan Jose Acosta es mi nombre.This action is unacceptable ?

Nice place to get pavers for work. Many different selections, however their botany selection could be better. Nicely maintained and a decent amount of food supplies if you're in a jam. Basically a little of everything that you might need.

Had the most amazing experience today.I purchased an edger as a gift for my Dad to as I am visiting from Florida and heading back tomorrow when the edger locked up and wouldn’t work anymore. I returned it just hours later and the customer service representative named Andrea help us along with her supervisor who I do not have his name. Sorry!I was stressing and they completely resolved the situation and helped us tremendously. Thank you for having amazing team members on your team!Sincerely,Hector

Placed an order for delivery, they didn't have everything I needed so I had to go to another Menards to complete the order. Paid for delivery twice. Placed order 6 days before I needed it to be delivered. I was in the store 2 days before delivery speaking to the same people I placed the order with. Why did this store call me on a Sunday the day before delivery telling me they wanted me to pay an additional delivery charge of $160.00 to have all my item on my order that was made 5 day prior delivered. It pays to go somewhere else.

Terrible place, I paid for delivery of the items. Last minute, the driver threatened me to leave the items in the street if I didn't pay him $ 30.00 extra.After I talked with the manager (who was not helpful and asking for my credit card in an aggressive manner), they left the item outside the building.While the provided address clearly indicates the unit number, Menards is not supposed to breach the contract and leave items in public area, but they do and try aggressively to ripp off customers in the last minutes with any extra charges.Menards is not an honest and reliable business. Managers are trained to abuse customers with an aggressive manner to charge extra.NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL (please read Joe Joe's review as well to see Menards' activity to create extra charges in the last minutes by providing hostile conditions for customers)In response to Menards: please, in public, do not pretend you are sorry about the incident. You have provided the email of the samw general manager that today arrogantly was asking for details of my credit card. Well, you never expected I was going to publicize the incident, and now you are trying to cover up your abusive manners with customers.

The management team, customer service workers need an over haul. They're rude and lack customer service skills. They don't even know how menards credit card works. The assistant store manager lied and said he was the store manager. I insisted he provide a card and it read Assistant manager. I'm looking for the BBB info as well.

This store is great. I've been to a few that were not as organized as this one. It's clean and well maintained. The staff is always helpful.
