i came for prints and the man is just saying to go to the self serve. i went to the self serve and it wasn’t working for me as well as anyone. the prints were different sizes and were not printing correctly. the man then tells me 50 different steps and walks away. so my card is getting charged for failed prints. don’t recommend

Fire the guy working the print center on 5/4/24. Was working around noon. I come here all the time to get ONE piece of paper laminated. It takes a worker 2 minutes to do it. This guy tells me it will take 48 hours to LAMINATE ONE PIECE OF PAPER.
ONE PIECE OF PAPER… 48 HOURS. The last 100 times I came here to do the same exact thing took 5 minutes.

The staff here is knowledgable and friendly. I am always greeted by an employee. Actual, good customer service still exists here.

I sent a emailed print job on Thursday while I was inside the store to have done on Friday. I was told by Bill that I would get a call Friday morning to come in to pick up my order. Bill told me I would get a call or email regarding my lamination order. My print and lamination job was $15 paid in full on Thursday. I never received a call or email, so when I went in on Saturday to pick up my order it was not ready, it was printed but not laminated. I had to assembly my order myself, I cut and placed the printed items and placed it within the lamination sheets myself. Then a very nice young lady completed my order. This location is under staffed and Bill needs to be retrained or replaced due to bad customer service skills. I give this location1 star.

Office Max is located on 95th Street (very convenient location). Furthermore, I can handle all of my business and personal tasks .
