This place is the absolute worst when it comes to effective communication with patients. They are quick to pass the buck and make plenty of excuses as to why they have dropped the ball! They would rather allow you to go without your medication(s) than be proactive about finding an appropriate solution! If there is a shortage of a medication, the pharmacy should be communicating this to you well BEFORE you attempt to renew your prescription! Every other month, it is the same issues, with the same excuses and the same results. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!

Prime Plus and their affiliated pharmacy Drug Center have been filling my prescriptions for several years. Like most people who rely on prescription medication on a daily basis this is an absolutely critical service. I could not be happier with the service I have received. They absolutely understand how important my prescriptions are to my ongoing health and well being. Time and again they have gone out of their way to insure my prescriptions are ready when I need them and allowing flexibility in terms of picking them up. In addition they have worked closely with my insurance to navigate the intricacies of my coverage.Prime Plus cannot be recommended more strongly!
