I went into the dealer for an oil change and was told there was a crack in the exhaust system. I decided to find a local shop to do the work since it's the more cost effective route. This place is close to home and had very good reviews. They replaced the exhaust system quickly and had very fair pricing. The customer service was great and they explained what I needed and offered to show me on my vehice which i appreciated. I will definitely return for any future work.

Dropped one of my vehicles off to them earlier today. They are busy, but they get the work done with such quality very quickly, hence the name: Quick Stop. I've been going to them before they moved from 95th and Pulaski. Thanks Rick!

We had such a great experience with Quick Stop Auto Repair! Everyone there was so polite and nice — especially Dustin and Zack. We dropped off our van on Saturday afternoon, and they went above and beyond to find the parts we needed because they knew how desperately we needed our van back by Monday. Their kindness, professionalism, and effort really stood out. On top of that, they gave us an amazing deal! We’re so grateful for their honesty and dedication. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and caring auto service!

I live 5 minutes from them . I visit a couple time . For a resonator and a front catalytic converter they did excellent work and their prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend this shop they do excellent work and they seem to be honest

Was a loyal customer for several years until I put my car in their shop in October. Dropped it off to fix a loud grinding sound when accelerating. They kept it overnight. I picked it up the next day after work. Mind you, it's after sunset and my vehicle is black. I got in the car and drove off the lot with Rick, the owner, directing me into traffic. While driving, I was hearing odd sounds and feeling a draft. Made one stop to get groceries; got back in the car and still heard the noise and felt the draft. I go to my next stop and parked in a lot under a light. I stepped back and saw the damage. Shocked and upset, I called and left a message. Then filed a police report. Spoke to Rick the next day and he sent me to Guardian auto body shop for an estimate....$5K! He thought it would be less to repair. Since it wasn't he offered $2K to settle. But that left me paying the balance for something I did not cause. So the other option was filing an insurance claim through Quick Stop. I was able to contact his insurance person, they requested a copy of the police report. About a week or so later, past Thanksgiving holiday, they declined the claim. I was stuck with a damaged car that got that way while they had possession of my vehicle. I was forced to file a claim through my insurance to get the car fixed. I tried to reach out to Rick, delivering a copy of the estimate with a note to call me, no reply. So I am done! If you go there, take pics of your car and proceed with caution. They have left vehicles parked across the street in the Yukich Fields parking lot unattended. Be aware. I have referred multiple people to Quick Stop over the years. Those days are over. They have lost a loyal customer as well as several other customers. I see that another person recently had a similar experience. My advice, file a complaint with the BBB.
