This store doesn't even deserve 1 star. I live in the neighborhood and have been to this location several times ( hoping 1 day it would have some order). As a manager myself I would be motified with the lack of store organization, broken or damaged items, atrocious cleanliness and more than anything the lack of professionalism the employees display. They look like they came to work in pj's, which is just sloppy for a customer service agent. The staff needs to represent the store not the hood. The staff members need to clean up not only their look but the store as well. Almost every section of the store has something out of place. To the Ross manager, clean up your store and staff. It's absolutely horrible business.
