Terrible terrible..bad customer service. I wish I could give 0 stars.Its a bunch of young people that work there that doesn’t want to be there...I waited 30min for a shoe just for someone to bring me the shoe with a lot of dog hair inside of it..I told the manager and all she could say was oh I’ll have to look at it..then I asked her name and she told me she go by Key..bad customer service..on the receipt it says Jaiden. 8/17/2025 at 5pm

This store doesn’t deserve a 1 star! Customer service is 0. This location has a lot of young people working in it who need to be trained on customer service! When I requested to have my grandson’s foot measured (he’s aged 14), the young lady measured his right foot using the left foot measuring instrument. She told me his shoe size is an eight in men. My grandson hasn’t worn a size 8 in two years. His current shoe size is 10 in men. I explained to the young lady how can he wear an 8 in men when the shoes he has on is a size 10 in men. The purpose of measuring his feet was to see if he needed a bigger size. Took him to Footlocker in Chicago Ridge and they laughed when I told them what size the young lady at Snipes told me . My grandson wears a size 10 1/2. My sister asked a sale lady a question and was told I am with a customer. She wasn’t with a customer because she was on her phone laughing with someone. We never saw her assist a customer. Every worker in the store was on their phone. The young lady assisting me got an attitude when I was trying to discuss with her the incorrect shoe size she gave me. When I spoke with the store manager who told me her name was Key , not sure if this was her name, she didn’t say she was sorry for the poor service. I told her I was going to write a review and wanted to speak to the General Manager. She acted like I don’t care ! I left the shoe with my money and grandkids. Bad service is the reason 500.00 left the store. At the next Evergreen Village meeting, I will be sharing my experience at this store. I went in the store on 8/4/2025 between 2:00-2:30. I live down the street from the store and had to go to Chicago Ridge to purchase gym and to receive good customer service. Please trained your workers and let them know when they are at work, they shouldn’t be on their phone when customers are waiting for someone to help them.

I was in the store on 95th and Western in Evergreen Park on 24 July. I want to say the staff was extremely helpful, polite and friendly. Nice store with good prices and a great selection. I was there at lunchtime and I just want to make sure the on duty staff get recognised for their efforts.

We had the absolute worst experience at this snipes location. My mother went to this location and bought 3 pairs of shoes for my little sister and even ordered some online due to no stock in store. The shoes that arrived to the house had came defected from manufacturer, therefore my mom went to the store to try and exchange the shoes. She was unfortunately completely disregarded and ignored by the older lady working at the register; this was the same lady who had ordered the shoes for her online in store. . She yelled at my mother not once but twice saying “you’re not getting your money back!” Without even hearing out what my mother needed. She didn’t even take a look at the shoes. This truly felt like a form of micro aggression towards my mother who doesn’t speak fluent English. She then proceeded to walk away and leave my Mother standing at the register alone. I then went the following day to address the situation and was also completely disregarded by her. She proceeded to get defensive and say she didn’t yell at my mother when I had been on a call with my mother when she went to the store and heard the whole interaction. She then called over another employee who just reiterated the reason of why they couldn’t accept the shoes even though I didn’t even walk in store with the shoes expecting a return. I went to address the main issue which was how she made my mother feel belittled and less than. She took that moment where I was talking to the other employee as a chance to walk away and go to the other side of the store. I have worked in food customer service since I was 14 yrs old and can understand when a customer is asking for an impossible solution at times, but asking for respect and time when you are not satisfied with a service or product is always a given in these situations . This was about so much more than just the shoes. I highly doubt this women would treat another women who speaks fluent English that could. defend themselves the same way she chose to speak and address my mother. The younger man who she had sent over to deal with the situation instead of she herself taking accountability offered his apologies while she stood in a defensive stance across the store. It’s safe to say we will never visit this location again.

The absolute worst customer service ever, and I feel bad because my 10yr old son was extremely excited about going into this store. He was prepared to get two pair of sneakers and a pair of crocs and instead walked out with nothing! As we walked in the store I immediately saw two employees who looked directly at us, however neither person greeted us. Not a single hello, how can I help you, absolutely nothing! We walked around for 8 minutes and not one person acknowledged that we were in the store or offered to help us. At that point I was extremely frustrated and refused to spend my money in a place that has horrible customer service and doesn’t acknowledge their customers in the least. My son was extremely disappointed but understood the value of being respected. I will never tolerate disrespect and will never teach my son to think that it’s okay.

Please don't buy shoes here!!! I had some shoes that I bought here and tried to return them. They looked at the bottom of the shoes and said they had been worn.The shoes had minor dust on them and only one was tried on from homeI don't go looking at the bottom of the shoes before I buy them so if you are going to buy from here make sure that you check the bottom of the shoes first.Truly unprofessional store clerks and an unresponsive Corporate office. Do not buy shoes from them ever!

Went Thursday night after not finding anything at dtlr or Footlocker the service was exceptional! They treated me with respect and actually cared about what I was there for , Jay and the entire staff was great ,will be recommending this place and coming back .
