All the providers are excellent and make sure you leave the clinic happy and healthy the staff are very helpful as well I recommend this facility as well as the oak forest one!

Closes at 5pm. Just go ahead and try to call them before 5pm. Called at 4p. It says they are open. Press the numbers you need and says call back when they are open.

The phones are always off at 4pm. However, they close at 5PM. Why? Please get more staff of find a more efficient way of handling call volume. It is not right for patients to keep calling and get an out of office message during business hours.

DO NOT GET COVID TESTED HERE!I made an appointment for 4 p.m. on 1/17/22. The girl on the phone told me to call when I was in the parking lot. Got there at 3:55, called, they said wait in the lot with your blinkers on. I sat in that lot for 40 minutes - no one ever came out. I thought okay, they're busy, maybe they forgot; called twice - no one in the office answered. Watched multiple employees leave for the day after my 2 unanswered phone calls.The kicker? I left - wasn't swabbed, didn't speak to anyone after 3:55, nothing. I get a call today 1/18/22 that my lab results were negative!!! I NEVER GOT TESTED! What a joke. Not sure if they labelled someone else's test with my name (they are supposed to check ID before swabbing?) or if the whole experience was just a scam. Ridiculous.

How do I see 1 stars, i been fighting back pain for so many years( and does the medication help( yes, does it take all my pain away (no) but this doctor is amazing, he isn't like my other doctors and say here is your medication, see you in a month, him and his team actually go the extra stop, and order test, this is a good doctor and great staff! 10 ⭐️ s! All my other doctors, here is your medication see you next month, can I get another mri or something, no you had 1 last year and you just have mild bulging disc and chronic pain!! Thank god I found my new team here and I am already scheldule to get test done, my last doctor didn't even give me blood work!! Like what, now I got blood work from here, and there was some concerning things and now we are taking the next steps!

I wish I could give Southwest Urgent Care more than 5 stars! This is not my normal physician's office, I went in for a Rapid & PCR Covid test. The gal I talked to on the phone to make the appointment was so kind and had an amazing attitude. They were able to get me and my mom an appointment the day I called. We only had to wait about 30 minutes to get the tests done and we would receive our rapid results that day and the PCR result in 2-3 days. Nada was the one who did the swabbing. She was so sweet and made the experience go very smoothly. She was honestly a breath of fresh air amongst all the chaos. I spoke to Margaret when she called to give me my results and she was another kind soul. It’s a tough time to stay in good spirits, but their positive attitudes made the experience go a little smoother. We also spoke to Matt on the phone and he is another rockstar! Nothing but good things to say about this place.

Requested covid test results to be emailed to me. Called back an hour after receiving the results over the phone and they said they were very busy and the emails would go out at the end of the day. It's 12pm the following day and no email. I've already worked it out with my employer but it would've been much easier if I had the test result. Seems like they have front office issues according to other reviews.

This is the worst physicians office that I have EVER visited!!! I can’t believe that I have continued to come here as long as I have!!! The front office staff is as ghetto and ratchet as ANY doctors office in Englewood or the West Side of Chicago! The receptionists will talk on their cell phones with earpieces and discuss personal conversations as though you aren’t even standing there! But what did it for me was the fact that I tried and tried to get a prescription refill and was told by my prescription subscriber that my refill request was denied becauseI needed to come in for a visit…even though it was not time for me to come in. So, after learning this, I called the doctors office and spoke with the Office ManagerTerri, whom I have seen on many occasions and I know that she is not the most professional. I told her that I was completely out of my medication. She said that because I was out of medication that she would go ahead and send in prescription refill to my provider. She even scheduled me an appointment for time for the time that it was actually due.Well, almost ten days later, after endless attempts at trying to reach the office, I am STILL without my medication! How can you be so HEARTLESS and you work in a physicians office that specializes in helping people! This is a matter of LIFE and death for me!My prescription provider has sent multiple requests to to this office! I have dates and times that they have attempted to get my prescription refilled for but this office will NOT fax, email, or call my prescription in. It’s a sad scenario. NO ONE is being held accountable! And the sad part is….this isn’t the first time this has happy to me but it will be the last time!I will never go back to this doctors office again!!! They get ZERO stars!!!

I had a great experience at this medical facility. I recently rolled my ankle playing basketball and was very worried that it could be much more than a sprained ankle because of the pain and size of the swelling. As soon as I arrived I was treated with respect as able to get into a room very quickly. The nurse practitioner did not think it was worse than a sprain however gave me and order to get an X ray just to be sure. Overall everything was very quick and professional. I will return to this urgent care if I am ever in need of it.

I received bad customer service from the front desk employee Nina who answers phones. I called to see if I could leave a message to have my doctor call me back with my test results. First thing she asked, was did the doctor call you. I responded no, but I’ll like to see if the results are in? She said, no the results are not in, and that I have a appointment in 2 weeks to discuss lab results. I feel that anyone waiting on test results shouldn’t have to wait two weeks to discuss their health. By that time I was already irritated that she was being rude and inconsiderate to my health.So I decided to called the office in Oak Forest, IL. Guess what? My results were in! The receptionist actually did their job, and took a message for the doctor to call me back with my results.I decided to call the Evergreen location back, and she answer the phone again. I asked for her name, and told her I was confused on how she said my results wasn’t in, and that NP was off Monday & Tuesday. When I called Oak Forest the NP was working and my results was in. She made up some lie for the reason she didn’t do her job.To put the icing on the cake I’m a new patient. Nina do your job. You never know who works in the medical field, and who can peep bs when they hear it.Thank god my NP was great because I wouldn’t come back if it wasn’t for her! I give the NP five stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
