The customer service here is horrible. It has been since the pandemic. Not sure if it's under new ownership or what. Staff I always rude. I hate coming here. It's not a coincidence that the person at the window is always confrontational. You can tell the place went down because it's never full if customers like it use to he and its very dark and gloomy when you drive past. To the people at the window. You chose to work at speedway. Have pride this is not your home. Or maybe it is. I'm never going back

Horrible .A worker by the name Kelley was racially Profiling me . She told me to take a hike and go stand at the corner to wait for my Uber .All I was doing was waiting for my ride to come pick me up . She was asking me questions on what I'm waiting for .Which was none of her business .I wasn't begging for money or anything .She wouldn't ask a white person that . Please any black or brown person of color look out for her or her
Kelley is very rude and disrespectful .

So I get off work in the evening and it’s very unfortunate for me that every time I go to this particular gas station around 9 o’clock there’s a African Amercan older female with burn marks on her face that just locks the door and says the establishment is closed? It’s super inconvenient and has happened more than a hand full of times. The last occurrence was on march 6th 2024 just after 9pm. This is my local gas station I’ve been going to for many years. NEVER AGAIN.

My pump over flowed and I asked to be refunded the difference and the big white lady at the register who claimed she was the manager and the supervisor got rude and told me she wasn’t going give me anything I shopped here plenty of times before I didn’t know she was this rude be she’s always talking to people it’s a act

I got a call last Tuesday for an interview and didn’t get to answer fast enough so I call back a few times and it’s like they had the phone off the line. Called back multiple times during the week and finally got an answer and was told to call back the following Tuesday so I did. I was then met with a bad attitude because I didn’t answer the phone when they had it off the hook and I wasn’t able to call them at all. Luckily I dodged that bullet and they missed out on a good employee!

They do not accept GasBuddy cards and are not worth coming here for pumping gas in the first place.

I went in this place 3 separate occasions. The big white lady with glasses thinks she’s some hot shot being a manager at the gas station. She talks snotty and sounded miserable all 3 times i been in there! You guys need to stop hiring people with attitude problems!

I can't stand these ghetto birds that work here. I'm sitting here and 20 cars tried to come in. They have the door locked. Instead of putting up a sign or something. She just looks at you. Had a worker steal 40 cents from me. This is unacceptable
