On August 16 2023 at 6:30 pm i I came into the store to replace a lost phone. It was crowed and Adrian the sales clerk was very rude to me. He was not taking customers in the order that they came when I asked him about my turn he told me you will be served when I serve you. He yelled at me. I ask him to stop he did not stop yelling at me. I asked for him to get his manager he refused to do so. I went to find her I could not when she finally came out she said I heard everything and in front of everyone stated at this point I choose not to serve you get out my store!

Employee playing on their own phones and not working .. talking about everything but what they are supposed to with customers football has nothing to do with phones !!!These two been done but football is more important I’ve been here for a hour just to pay a bill

This location has staff that was very helpful. I really appreciate them. They helped me finally cancel my account. This company is trash. I was there to cancel an account I’ve been trying to cancel for over 6months the representatives on the phone have been lying to me for months. So T-mobile kept charging me. The only thing I recommend for this company is to walk past them. 0 stars do not recommend.

I had a horrible experience in this store. I went in about a cracked phone and I kept being brushed off. Adrian one of the Representatives kept trying to get me to go to U Fix U break. I pay for the insurance every month the manager Jermaine was working with me and the only thing that he did was to give me a 1-866 number and tell me to go to U Break U fix. As I was leaving Adrian says really sarcastically and very loudly have a nice day. In my opinion he was trying to antogonize me I already expressed to him and his supervisor Jermaine that I was irritated that I am paying for insurance and still paying for a phone and they can't help me. I drive all the way to U break U fix as they informed me and they told me they do not work with T-Mobile. It appears that all T-Mobile does now is sale phones. If you are not buying a phone they do not try to assist you. Customer service no longer exists there at all.

Adrian was so rude. He was checking us out at the store buying a smart watch for an elderly woman. I was asking him questions about the android smart watch because I use iPhone products and he was consumed with joining a conversation his co workers were having. When I finally got his attention after repeating my question 3 times he never said another word. No more "customer service." I asked another question about the set up process of the watch and he replied: "follow the directions." What is the point of visiting a store? To ask questions. Did I ask? Yes! Did he answer them? NO. Could've ordered it online and watched YOUTUBE for that!

Customer Service was GREAT! Besides the fact that the CSR Was actually on a Personal call while assisting Me.. I was ACTUALLY Returning Internet Equipment and they totally took care of It. Not the Greatest experience with the So called "5G Home Internet" didn't work out for Me AT ALL!?

I visited this T-Mobile store in Dec. 2022 for a tablet for my mom as a Christmas gift having to leave the store earlier that day because the wait was too long & I had to go to work. I spoke to Iyonna P. on my break who said to ask for her when I arrived concerning the tablet. I did. Iyonna acknowledged me & said that she would be with me as soon as she could. Iyonna called me forward shortly thereafter & helped not only me, but also another lady SIMULTANEOUSLY!!! She was so pleasant, swift & EFFICIENT & had me in & out of this VERY BUSY store in less than 30 minutes!!! While she was setting the tablet up, she made polite general conversation asking if I was done Christmas shopping. I said yes except for a pair of women's dress gloves that I had not found yet. Iyonna said to try Macy's. I did & found the perfect gift! She even took the time to clean her fingerprints off of the tablet screen. I received EXCELLENT customer service from Iyonna P. who went above & beyond the call of duty. She should be recognized & rewarded for the wonderful job that she does AND her positive attitude. Experiences like the one I had with Iyonna are why I’ve been a loyal T-Mobile customer for over 15 years.

Can't say enough good things about my experience at this store! Nayomie and Sean were just wonderful helping me upgrade my phone. I had planned on getting a phone a phone with more storage and Nayomie told me that I really didn't need it based on my previous phone usage. That really impressed me. I wish other stores had great customer service like this one.

I've been with the T-Mobile brand for 20 years now. I just love the vibe I get from them, you may not believe but it's true in business the real great companies create a "culture of how to do things" and from my experience with T-Mobile that's what they teach just go to any T-Mobile you'll find that commonality... It's what keeps me with them..
