I won't be returning here. I came to pick up a phone and to get some assistance with transferring data. I was told in front of everyone "we wont be able to do it". It was my second visit within 30 minutes after realizing the sims card placed in my phone on the first try didnt work. I pay my bill every month. In fact since 2001. Say what now? My calls are dropping and I often can't dial out. Its been an ongoing issue. At this point it's now a safety issue. I came to the store for help. I watched the same rude customer service agent dance around me the entire time as I sat patiently waiting. He went from one customer to the next never asking me what I needed. He even went to the back to speak to the manager which was strange because the whole time she saw me sitting. Word travels fast right? When I finally got his attention and he so happily became interested in what I needed, I finally began to get some service with my phone. A few minutes later, I unplugged and left. The help felt forced. I know I dont speak Spanish but body language I can READ. And what was so funny about my concern? I cancelled the order after I left. Customer Service Training is definitely needed. ALL CUSTOMERS SHOULD BE TREATED THE SAME. The service here has definitely changed.

My tablet was acting up. I went to exchange for a new one. The person helping me ask want was the problem I told him, he took the tablet stared keying and fix the problems.

Today I had an amazing experience at the Evergreen T-Mobile location .The customer service was stella.Hats of to Michelle and her co-worker. I witness what it looks like to put yourself in the customer's seat.Thank you T mobile for having a 5 star team in the Evergreen location.?

Came in there before about 4/5 people and they kept calling everyone except me. This place needs to invest resources into customer service training for all their employees.

Customer service was horrible!!! No one greeted or acknowledged me when I walked in. After 10 minutes of waiting I decided to leave.

On August 16 2023 at 6:30 pm i I came into the store to replace a lost phone. It was crowed and Adrian the sales clerk was very rude to me. He was not taking customers in the order that they came when I asked him about my turn he told me you will be served when I serve you. He yelled at me. I ask him to stop he did not stop yelling at me. I asked for him to get his manager he refused to do so. I went to find her I could not when she finally came out she said I heard everything and in front of everyone stated at this point I choose not to serve you get out my store!

Terrible location! Do not waste your time! Go to another location! They stole my SIM card,phone case and used my information to make fraudulent purchases of $1,920. I had to miss work and file a police report on them. The manager Melanie is rude and ghetto! The employees did not greet me when I walked into the store! They were talking and laughing as if they weren't at work and I did not exist! They were ghetto as well! I wouldn't spend a dime at this location!

Do not patronize this location. The manager refused to cancel my transaction when I no longer wanted to make a purchase. She told me that she could not void the phone transaction because the system times out after 25 minutes. Then she told me that I could not leave with my phone that I came into the store with. She was trying to force me into purchasing a new phone from them. When I left with my phone. I realized my SIM card was no longer in the phone so I went back for my SIM card and she told me that they shredded my SIM card. Do not go to this location. They are not trust worthy and they have terrible customer service. I have heard that they have stolen customer's information and some of the employees have even been arrested for stealing customer's information.

This location has staff that was very helpful. I really appreciate them. They helped me finally cancel my account. This company is trash. I was there to cancel an account I’ve been trying to cancel for over 6months the representatives on the phone have been lying to me for months. So T-mobile kept charging me. The only thing I recommend for this company is to walk past them. 0 stars do not recommend.

Employee playing on their own phones and not working .. talking about everything but what they are supposed to with customers football has nothing to do with phones !!!These two been done but football is more important I’ve been here for a hour just to pay a bill

Customer Service was GREAT! Besides the fact that the CSR Was actually on a Personal call while assisting Me.. I was ACTUALLY Returning Internet Equipment and they totally took care of It. Not the Greatest experience with the So called "5G Home Internet" didn't work out for Me AT ALL!?

I had a horrible experience in this store. I went in about a cracked phone and I kept being brushed off. Adrian one of the Representatives kept trying to get me to go to U Fix U break. I pay for the insurance every month the manager Jermaine was working with me and the only thing that he did was to give me a 1-866 number and tell me to go to U Break U fix. As I was leaving Adrian says really sarcastically and very loudly have a nice day. In my opinion he was trying to antogonize me I already expressed to him and his supervisor Jermaine that I was irritated that I am paying for insurance and still paying for a phone and they can't help me. I drive all the way to U break U fix as they informed me and they told me they do not work with T-Mobile. It appears that all T-Mobile does now is sale phones. If you are not buying a phone they do not try to assist you. Customer service no longer exists there at all.

Adrian was so rude. He was checking us out at the store buying a smart watch for an elderly woman. I was asking him questions about the android smart watch because I use iPhone products and he was consumed with joining a conversation his co workers were having. When I finally got his attention after repeating my question 3 times he never said another word. No more "customer service." I asked another question about the set up process of the watch and he replied: "follow the directions." What is the point of visiting a store? To ask questions. Did I ask? Yes! Did he answer them? NO. Could've ordered it online and watched YOUTUBE for that!
