The post office was closed so I stopped here to ask if their store carried Priority Mail envelopes because I know the UPS Store partners with USPS and sells shipping supplies. I was treated as if I were trying to freeload supplies from them and my request rudely dismissed. A simple no would have been fine or a description of the shipping envelopes available for sale. No one even asked me what I needed to ship.

I am from out of town and have been to this location twice and have received packages from this location. My brother sent me a fragile ceramic Christmas Tree from this location. It arrived cracked in many pieces. The box was too big and there were hardly any peanuts or plastic bubble wrap around the item. I filed a complaint with UPS back in Dec. of 2023 with photos included and have never heard back. I was just there last week with items to send back to my home in another state. Again, the box was so large for the amount of items. I was charged over 60 dollars when the box could have been cut at the perforations and made much smaller to fit the items like they do here at my UPS. . . Again, there was no bubble wrap or packaging peanuts when I received the package.I told my family never to use this location again for any mailing needs.
