This office constantly cancels passport appointments. If you need a passport appointment go somewhere else because they’re probably going to call you the day of your appointment and cancel.

Scheduled a passport appointment as instructed online. The appointment we wanted was not available so we selected the next best choice. We waited over a week and half for this appointment. The morning of the appointment my husband gets a call saying the appointment was cancelled and to go somewhere else????? Why??? No explanation or option to reschedule. Tried to call back, no answer. Unprofessional

I wish I could give it zero stars. I waited for about 15 minutes in line & when I was about to be helped the lady who had helped everyone before me told me I needed to purchase tape for my package, even though she offered to tape up the person’s package right before me. Very poor service.

So, I’m not good at post officing. I go infrequently and I’m the guy that comes in and is usually not sure how the whole system works… Most of the city locations, the employees are impatient and expect you to fully understand the processes.. Well, I don’t… Keith, the dude who looks like Connor McGregor, couldn’t be nicer, more understanding, and patient with people like me… He has no clue who I am, and I only know his name because I looked at his badge. 5 stars!!!

They waited until the morning of to tell me my appointment is canceled for passport services. Now the other location sent me a notification days before to inform me so that was good. But I believe they just cancelled it on their own because I still have yet to receive the professional notification via email. Then he was rude telling me.

I normally don’t share reviews but my experience here was so horrible, I’d thought I’d share in hopes that management at the USPS, in particular this one, would take notes in regards to how their employees treat customers. I arrived at this location at exactly 10:15 on 11/20/2024 to turn in documents for a passport. Upon arriving, there was an older Caucasian gentlemen in front of me. Behind the desk was an older lady and younger gentlemen. Both African American. The lady was providing the older gentleman Grade A customer service; throughly explaining to him the process of whatever he came to the post office for before he left. I step to the line with all of the proper documents needed for the passport; greeting her with a polite smile before explaining my reasons for being there today. Her demeanor changed, and I noticed that the excellent customer service she provided the gentleman before me had quickly vanished. She then proceeds to explain to me in a very snooty, arrogant tone the documents needed for the passport, in which I responded ‘yes ma’am’ after every statement. She continues to explain the process to me in such a way that almost made me reconsider rescheduling my appointment at another location and time. It just saddens me a little that someone, who could easily be my mother or auntie, could
treat me in such a way I would have never expected. Especially since she was so much nice to their older gentleman before me. Management. I urge u to please read this and address the issues with your employees regarding their customer service skills. Teach them to treat ALL CUSTOMERS equal before hard working citizens stop visiting your location.
