Very poor service, extremely unreliable and unprofessional. Usually takes about 10mins per car in the drive through. I waited in line for 20 mins got to the window just for the girl to announced that they’re leaving for lunch, turned the light off and walked away.I suggest you fill your script somewhere else.

Never got a medication at all. They lost my paperwork TWICE. No one knew what was going on with my medication. Do not come here.

Pharmacy at Evergreen Park, Il is terrible. Dr. calls in prescription and Walgreens will say they didn't receive. Dr's nurse tells me Walgreens is famous for doing this so Dr. tells me to tell them exact time it was called in.....I have had undercounts on medication several times. On other occasions when I call the store and am told prescription is ready for pickup. I drive over to get it and it is not ready.

This has to be the worse Walgreen in the area. Long long and long again Lines to checkout. Stock on the shelves are sloppy their display of Products don't seem to be the Walgreens Brand. Click my heels three times where am I? I know this location couldn't be Walgreens???? Ok getting out of this horrendous line,exiting this store immediately, heading down to CVS Pharmacy located 87th Cicero.....

I have been coming to this pharmacy for years and over the past year and a half they have become horrible. Having you on hold for hours and then hanging up. Lines around the building and down the aisles. now recently the drive thru close just for Covid vaccine

The pharmacy is a visit I never look forward to. Waiting in line should be expected and you're fortunate if they get your prescription without a hiccup.

I drove an hour to come here to get the J&J covid vaccine on Tuesday. It was a good experience. The lady that checked me in at the pharmacy counter was really friendly. Then after 40 minutes, it was my turn and I got the shot. I feel for them, with all the additional stuff they have to do for this initiative; not to mention get your vaccine card. I'm sure the people complaining would be able to do a better job. Anyway, this Walgreen's had the most friendly staff and patrons so I had to write a review. Too bad I don't live closer to this one.

I am so happy that I discover this drug store because they got everything I needed for my mother's medication. They even gave freebies of different vitamins! I will surely recommend this drug store!

If I could rate this store in the negative I would. I have given this store a chance multiple times however they will be exclusively responsible for me finding another pharmacy besides Walgreens. Being an older man I was denied the use of their restroom while picking up a prescription, a practice not found at any other Walgreens. Countless times their goods are locked up for reasons I explicable. The staff was rude, the store leaves room for improvement. If you must shop at Walgreens I would find another store.

This is such a gret wallgreens . The lnhear are wonderful. I always get the best service and very short lines!
