Worst pharmacy on the planet, not only are they incapable of filling a prescription properly, they can’t even put in the insurance correctly. I just spent an hour on the phone with BCBSIL to check on why my prescriptions keep getting rejected and they went through each one of them and said there was no way it was being rejected. I’ve also been consistently over charged for my prescription, sometimes double charged when I pick them up. The BCBSIL rep I talked to today is calling Walgreens to get my latest overcharge reversed. DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY.

The workers are generally nice and accommodating. The store is usually clean and stocked. The pharmacy is a hot mess at all times. The inaccuracies in regard to calls/refill schedule are plentiful. It's just frustrating every month to deal with the pharmacy.

If you’re not prepared to wait 20+ minutes every time you pick up a prescription I suggest going somewhere else. So ridiculous

Worst pharmacy! Do not use, save yourself the headache(s). Issues with canceled prescriptions and no answers as to why, cancelled refills when there were several left, missing medications, wrong orders, I’ve even had them staple papers through my birth control compromising the integrity of the medication.

Store night lead Antonio is a fool. I did a cash reload and he look at me up and down like I had drug money. Uneducated small minded fool. This location hires garbage.

I order my med tree days before refill Walgreens text me med ready i when to pick up and pharmacy told me take a seat more people where picking the med ..later pharmacy said is no ready wait..i wait so long and every time getting worse the waiting time

My first experience at this particular Walgreens pharmact wasn't a great one. I was ridiculed on the phone when I called to refill one of my meds because I didn't know the mg I was on even though it's a regular med that I've been on for around 2 years. I tried to pick up my medications on the way to work through the pharmacy drive thru. I waited so long, being the only car in the line, and had to finally leave without my meds because I had no choice if I wanted to get to work on time.

I have had nothing but problems with the pharmacy. From being shorted o. Pills to auto refills not being filled or not being filled on time. Always a long wait. I let my insurance know how disgusting Walgreen is. Come on AI, take over this pharmacy.

This is my go to Walgreens. It's small and clean. Not too much traffic and the lines are never long. The service is great. I placed an online order for pick up today and there was a missing item. My card had already been charged the full amount listed on the order. When I arrived to Walgreens I parked curb side and a young man was out within 2 mins with my order. I went in to the store because there was a missing item. There was a young lady at the register that immediately asked if I needed assistance. After a few minutes, she could not help me with a refund for the missing item and she communicated that immediately. She took my name and phone number so that the day manager can give me a call next day. She was courteous and didn't respond when the other cashier said something about another customer that was waiting at photo. After a couple hours Walgreens sent a receipt with the total minus the charge for the missing item. Thank you Jameela for your patience and excellent customer service. I hope you're recognized for excellent customer service.

I just left this location on Saturday 2/18 @9:45am, I needed allergy medicine for my children. Of course all the medication is locked. I went to the checkout line and an associate told me I needed to go back to the aisle and someone would be back there to unlock the case. The lady called an associate to aisle 21 to unlock the case. I waited patiently and no one arrived. I went back to the register, and told them that no one came back there to unlock the case. She stated, “Oh there is she right behind you!” I guess I was supposed to make the trip back there again (follow the associate with my toddler in my arms) so she can get the medicine for me to return back to the register for the third time. I left without the medicine and let the associates know that I would call corporate to insist they hire more employees. I understand locking medicine and other items up to ensure no one steals them, but if this is your practice, you must have an associate ready to unlock the case when customers need items!

The worst pharmacy ever. I'm not sure how they got through the education requirements to be in their position. It takes them till a Monday to fill a prescription that was sent in at 3:30pm on a Friday. But hey at least when you call ,you get to hear all about what times their meal breaks are for the week ? ,that way you won't disturb them.The store itself has gone downhill,very lazy and unhelpful. I'll never step foot into this wallgreens again for any reason.

I had a passport photo taken here and my passport application was rejected due to the photo. The rejection notice did not say why the photo was rejected. I went to the Walgreens on 95th and Cicero for another passport photo. The woman at the Walgreens on 95th and Cicero took one look at the rejected passport photo and said it was off center and that was why it was rejected. I would not recommend going to this location for a passport photo.
