It's Walmart, the customers are scary, psychotic and half dressed more times than not. The employees are rude, the place is always a hot disorganized mess and their prices are no longer the best around. I can go to Meijers and pay the same amount or beat their prices on most items, as of late. Oh how the mighty have fallen.

Don't ever shop here! The staff closed half the self check lanes. The 4 staff checkers were open but the lines were out the door and to the back of the store. People trying to buy school supplies kept asking if the system was down and the staff wouldn't reply. And THEN they would select a random customer and let them use a check out on the closed area. I abandoned my cart and left before the impending riot was going to start. I've never seen such an angry customer base.
Crest wood, bridge view and Orland are 100 times better.

STILL HOLDING TO SPEAK TO THE PROFESSIONAL MANAGER JACKIE OVER 1 HOUR. THE WOMAN WHO ANSWER IN CUSTOMER SERVICE DESK INTENTIONALLY PLACE ME ON HOLD AND REFUSE TO CALL THE MANAGER.
EVIL SILLY GAMES AGAIN CONTINUES...
THE UNPROFESSIONAL SHAMEFUL STAFF NEVER ANSWERED THE PHONE AFTER WAITING TO SPEAK TO THE STORE MANAGER. IN FACT CORPORATE CUSTOMER CARE REPRESENTATIVES COULDN'T GET THESE PEOPLE TO ANSWER THE PHONE EITHER. TOTALLY INTENTIONALLY AND UNETHICAL UNPROFESSIONAL SILLY GAMES HERE. OTHER PEOPLE HAVE INFORMED ME HOW BAD THIS LOCATION IS.

I purchased a bottle of gv paprika and was told I needed proof of purchase. I didn't have my receipt. When I asked for the manager, I was ignored. I called national customer service and the asked me to ask for the mgr. I was told he wasn't there. I was told there was no one else I could talk to. This store is really a bad experience Everytime I come here. They don't even know their own return policies and no managers to be found.

This is by far the worst Walmart I ever been in. The entire staff needs to be evacuated immediately! Especially there lying coach who is portraying herself as a store manager APRIL!! And Her Little bestie team lead GiGi! Both of these store leaders allowed one of the customer service reps while on duty and behind the customer service counter with them standing there disrespect multi customers and also record my images against my will even after i asked the managers to ask her to put her phone away they did nothing to help and i have them all on video thru out this encounter. Now that same employee has posted me on social media and is making threats on my life and the store manager Micheal Zakaras Is never available to speak with and never reaches back out to the customers. I have called everyday for 2 weeks with no luck and also been in store over 6 times one of which Store coach April who on video told me she was the stores manager after i asked for him multiple times had the stores security approach me in a scare tactic to get me to leave the store and i was so scared since they all ganged up on me i had to be escorted out by police! This issue still has yet to be resolved but i hope that they are all held accountable for the Bullying and Harassment I Have Received From This Staff At This Store!!!!! I Will Keep Reaching Out and Even Seeking Legal Help Against the employee who record and posted my image! They will pay for all the Fear and Embarrassment they have caused me. I Hope This Gave A Clear Description of Why Not To Shop This Location

Having 75% off the self checkout registers down when the place is jam packed is completely unacceptable. Lines to the back of the store. No one wants to wait thirty minutes to make a simple purchase. Do better Walmart

Walmart is my favorite place to shop. The employee's are very polite and friendly. Also so many items to choose from at great prices ☺️
